Has anybody tried a 1060 on VertCoin?

The 1070 is profitable on it as Ether. The RX 480's are nowhere near it on Vert

Ok i see the 1060 at work , not my card , but i see 187 mhs , with overclock +150mhz on lbc :

.

as expected what power limit you have there? try 80% +150 core like the 1070

So, what verdict Mhs/Price? 1070 or 1060?

1070 is 33% faster while consuing around 33% more

but here the scenario, you have a new rig, better to fill it with "5.2" x 1060 or 4 x 1070?, with 1070 you can add up other two in the future

so density here is a big factor if you plan to go big

For LBRY ccminer-1-8-tpruvot-windows

Yes i have 270mhs with gtx 1070 oc +150mhz

With 980 sjs i have 180mhs oc +200mhz

With 1060 i think around 180mhs default ? .

checks wattage at 270mh, it consume much more than 150w

So the 1060 is overdrawing power between the limits of a 6 pin and PCIe?

Hey guys,

Did anyone tried 1060 yet? I can't fine any relevant information comparing it to 1070, 1080 and 480. I am planing to buy new rig, and I don't know shout I wait for 1060 or to switch to Ati and go with 480.

BR...

There are hash rates for Ether posted in this thread. I edited it into the OP post before. 1070 is better off for ethereum mining. The 1080 is not good for mining due to drivers.

read again we were talking about the 1070 in that post

Anybody tried GTX 1060 with Decred ?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anndcr-decred-community-governance-bitcoin-devs-lightning-network-1290358

I have around 2500 Mh/s with 1070, but interested in 1060 as it may be more power efficient.
Thanks for reply.

May I get the hashrate for this card on different algorithms, with lists similar to the one we can find on cryptomining-blog.com ? I'm not sure between this one and a GTX 970 gievn that I have a low budget for this one.

Its 170mhs on LBRY and 650khs neoscrypt both at 120w
If Founders edition so expect more from custom editions both in hashrate and power consumption..

With gtx980 OC make 165mhs on lbry .

I have 1040 kH/s neoscrypt using 1070 at 150W.
I don't think 1060 custom editions will reach 830 kH/s at 120W.
So in kH/J - 1070 is better

what version? os gpu model? i can not reach that hashrate without touching 2G, which require 180w and not 150

edit...ok saw the last post, so no one is getting this same hashrate on windows?

KopiemTu 2.1 beta (not released yet Smiley ) with ccminer-vert-1.5.80.1-vert
In fact, I have 1050kH/s...

neos need to be fixed, because a 970 can do the same, and it should not be the case, also a 970 with oc can reach 750 on neos
