ETH mining only scales with memory not with core, so the TDP has no influence on the result.
i dont have to proove with picture nothing just because a noob such you capable of posting the above quoted bullsh*t does not believe  the result does not mean it aint true.... please you started mine 1 hour ago . go back to your hole when it is about judging

Seeing you insulting other people just because they do not believe anything you tell without giving a single proof for it is enough for me to know what kind of person you are.

seems like some one does not know english , because i did not insult anyone

1) you are a noob (noob = newbie ... that is also your rank in bitcointalk)
2) you say bullshit (and that is proven by the fact that you say that eth does not require clock speed ... try to set too low core and let me know )
3) you act like you know anything and that i have to prove you things..... like you are an authority here... you can simply go back to your hole as you aree worth 0 to my eys... there are eveen OTHER PPL reportin 26 mhs easy out of a 1060 while you state is impossible to get past 22... wow yea... all must lie and the god on earth has the keys of the truth

My rig 6x 1060gtx 3gb zotac + rig2 6x 1060 3gb gigabyte

Both with wattakill measurement at wall total watt absorbed is 525+540 total 1000 watt for 300mh is a good result

please share your type of zotac dan gigabyte.
i want to build new rig, using gtx 1060 3 gb.
thanks

27 MH/s from a 1060 3gb?

I just ordered 6x 1070 for ~$400/each and 4x 1060 6Gb for $260 each.

Should I just return the 1070's? I have one running now and it's pulling about 31 MH/s

If I were to keep the 1070's which are better EVGA black edition vs FTW gaming. I wonder if any of them come with Samsung memory any more.

27 mhs for each 1060 gtx 3gb
70w power limit

It's almost impossible to get 27 from a GTX 1060, even with +1000 memory you won't have more than 24-25.
So for me it's a typical "pic or didn't happen"!

Well it's weird that these two replies don't match ??
Can you tell us how you were able to achieve 27 mh/s ? What overclock settings ??

Thats great! What are your settings?

Ive had to switch back to +750 clock as even 775 was unstable.

Samsung Smiley But I have a 2nd card (same model) that already struggles with +700, currently trying whether +650 is stable.

Lucky guy getting samsung  Smiley that definitely expains the better stability. I could probably push them a bit more if i increased power but another 10-15w for 2Mh isnt worth it for me. Hopefully got two more cards coming in the next week or two so will see how they do. Im aiming for a 5card rig with 100-120Mh rock solid with peak efficiency.

Really strange, one of my GTX 1060 can mine XMR with 1511 MHz @ 0.8V and mem +800 MHz without issues...

Who makes the memory for it? Mine are Micron.

I got the memory up to +600 before the core frequency started going all over the place. So upped the settings to their current levels (see further up the page). Flatlines accross the board on the readings now. Tried pushing to +800 but started using more power so im happy with the 23Mh at approx 75w per card.

So how far can it be pushed without clock increase and how far with clock increase in your case? Although I do not really see the link between core clock and memory clock, but only nVidia knows how their voltage regulation works internally...

Does core clock actually help? I was under the impression that only memory speed helps.

Personally ive found that you can push the memory alone only so far. Then you need to up the core clock to keep ut stable.

You meant "you can't" didn't you? Otherwise, you sentence makes no sense..

No i meant you "you can". You CAN push it only so far before it gets unstable and needs the core clock increasing. Wink
