it's running just han;t gotten any shares to work on.

give it  some time or join a larger pool

I'm not convinced: I keep having one at 0/0 and did not notice this thing before.

well then - restart them all and see if things change

It seems that one of my Gridseeds is not actually hashing. See the pic to get what I mean. This is confirmed by my pool speed of barely 3,000 khs.

I rebooted the raspberry several times to no avail. The only difference is that the #Gridseed changes (here is #3, before a reboot was #4).
I got this batch a few days ago and in the first days all 10 were mining.
Now I don't even know how to find the culprit: can i disconnect one by one while they are operating without risking to damage others?
Any advice? tia

@darkfriend77: it was a batch2 from you. Is there a warranty?

Just fyi, GAWMiner reached out to me earlier (11am EST) and I have sent all my pertinent information. His profile is:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/gaw-miners-293462

From all the tests I have done, joining different pools (2 pools), using different PCs (3 of them), three USB cables, 3 flavors or miners (cpuminer, bfgminer, cgminer) I finally conclude that my Gridseed is having issues, and/or, I am doing something wrong with my configuration.

The main isse that I found is, my seed will work for a time (say a couple of hours, hashing happily) then suddenly, the accepted shares stops. Restarting and rebooting doesnt necessarily work, but the most common error is (using the 3 miners), that the seed will accept 3 shares and no more. I can leave it for hours, and it won't make a difference.

The good: GAW reached out
The bad: I don't have anything else that works so I can further test.

I am having similar issue

However, I can only run at 750 or 775 frequency... 800 stops after a few minutes and 850 doesn't accept any shares at all

Does anyone know if this is a faulty unit or what else it could be?

Now 800 doesn't work and only 700 is working... 750 is giving me problems getting shares accepted

Do I have defective units??
If you're using windows, it might be the uart drivers.

Try www.HASHRA.Com
They ship to anywhere in the world for free!

no good to buy from HASHRA if you're in Europe, you will have massive Customs fee to pay as they do not ship from Europe.

From Hasra website :

"All shipments are marked as "Computer Hardware, ASIC Processor with Heat-sink and Fan Cool Unit".

You are responsible for paying any processing fees, import fees or duty, taxes or VAT into your country.

We do not offer collection of the machine from our premises, all shipments are sent directly to you."

and I can tell you we get Slaughtered in Europe with customs, plus it's a real hassle to get it out of customs in the first place, I made the experience when I bought 1 gridseed in HK

Hashra have good prices but indeed you have to pay the custom taxes if you are in EU, In Italy are about 24% of the declared price, not sure if are different in other EU countries
