Correct me if i am wrong1.- you stopped the bot
2.- when you stopped the bot there were buy orders on those pairs
3.- you didnt restart those pairs
4.- those buy orders werent put on sell
If all the above are correct:
Trade them manually and place a sell order

let's say I dont't want trade them manually:
a) If I restart those pairs(without BM), bot trade them? With what course? Did he sell them at a loss?
b) If I restart those pairs with BM?
with a tiny balance running since i got it, ive made > 8% profit. I could change up the params and use other pairs for a better profit. But im happy with a small but steady profit atm. So it does work 
I've had some ETC sell orders from the 7th of Jan still pending so hopefully when they do sell, it'll bump that up quite a bit

Everything you said is correct:
With the Bloody Mary refactor of BUY/SELL orders handling, since the bot uses "onOrder" balance to spot the point you bought enough of that pair, i only place on SELL what the market is able to receive, leaving on Altcoin "avaliable balance" what is left. Bought price is stored with the orderNumber to calculate the sell price of those coins later on.
People were used to see available balance and on order balance of altcoins, perfectly equals. That changed!
Dont stop yoru bot for that....

I think since the new update, the leftover balances is confusing people.. We have been over it a few different times in this thread, but I think people still aren't seeing how it works.

On almost all pairs now it makes sell orders for most of the coins, and keeps a balance, based on volume I believe you said, to be sold when the volume catches up.
I have had sell orders fill and then the leftover balance never reached condition and no new sell orders placed..
so what could have happened here is all his sells were filled and were closed out on his orderbook, so he stopped the bot, then noticed there were leftover coins that never sold.

One other thing, I think people are not understanding that even though everything in crypto is moving really fast, this bot is designed to make steady profit, not huge overnight gains.. people aren't letting things run for 3 and 4 days without stopping the bot or messing with the orders, so they aren't seeing how it really works over time.

EDIT: i now see what you asking. You stopped the bot with buy orders open. You can restart the bot without issues, it will calculate using the orderNumber and rate: bot.orderNumber > rate > amount to calculate the sell price at % GAIN you set in configs
