I use gunbot 5.0.4. My config.js is: https://zerobin.net/?4e24a62cd6cb9af8#mP7h+l1GZwWgVlpBxKCXqyO+WcEa29X0IcnKgQAjHk8= . This is default config with following changes:

* My keys (of course, not shown)
* usdt_btc on poloniex activated
* Added BOUGHT_PRICE (not sure what is BOUGHT_PRICE, but it seems the bot doesn't work otherwise)

I started the bot something like month ago. The bot sold all BTC in that day. And since that day the bot did nothing. Is this okey? Is this bug or misconfiguration or this is normal behavior under this settings?

The bot for unknown reason sold all BTC in the beginning and so didn't get any profit from following BTC rise. And it didn't buy any BTC.

So, maybe I chose wrong strategy? What is most suitable strategy for usdt_btc? Is there some strategy which "simply works" for all pairs?

Does anybody know how to upgrade to XT version from 4.x , I have tried copying the config.js across but it does not appear to have imported current config? any help appreciated!

The exchanges doen't seems to offer that, that's pretty annoying...

I am so glad you have not forced a GUI into this version and kept it all separate. Use console users are grateful, at least I am anyway. One thing I would suggest for the wiki IS an upgrade section, which seems to be missing.

That's standard procedure. Not all customers are going to get access to versions that are not released, and using them is obviously risky (hence why there were not released yet).

i have to add something.

the PM i received after i bought the bot was a link to a telegram group. but this was not a link to the group where the XT links have been published. i had to ask for a second invitation.

It's not bullshit, it's what I've been pm-ed with over the past. Like I said, I tell people it works and is good, but more than a few have pm-ed me in the past regarding the process of this and issues with the 4.x+ software. No need to act all butt-hurt over it buddy.  

Since I'm mainly on this forum, I chose to not have to resort to join other communities and spend unnecessary time researching something that should be very simple and signing up on another forum, going and buying a burner phone #, etc... Again, just not how things should be IMO.

We can go back and forth on this, but I am the consumer, you are.... whoever or whatever . Maybe a reseller, worried about your income? I dunno, don't really care, sorry.

I have sent Gunthar a message on telegram 2.5hours ago but I think telegram limited me because I'm using a GoogleVoice # to register.
Again, this is just an fing hassle to even get an update to software I paid for already in the past.  

I'm pretty much done and wasted enough of my day on this BS. Whatever the reason is, I've never gotten a straight and direct answer , support or anything from GunBot since buying it. I'll stick to other bots instead and will recommend so to others as well.

Sorry Gunthar, your product is sound and decent but your service, your delivery and your people are utter sheyt.

Because in both case i dont get what you are trying to say: you dont like telegram? So what? Dont use it...wait for me to publish the release in here like i always did.
You dont want to put your phone number into your phone app? Dont: PMs exist in here, you can always PM me directly.

That is a load of bullshit.
1) There are several thousand Gunbot buyers.
2) Using Telegram is not a requirement.
3) You can communicate with Gunthar here via PM, or with pretty much anyone on https://gunthy.org/forum/index.php.

Just for telegram? Not worth it. Gees.

This is why people are so turned off regarding GunBot. I tell them it earns pretty well and works, but this cloak and dagger crap is pissing people off.
