So I put $750 worth of bitcoin into bittrex for the bot to trade with about 20 different coins all set at BB 40 40 my BTC balance never really got much higher than .04 - .06 is there a time that I should withdraw some of the coins or will it over time just generate more and more btc as I leave it running 24/7? Thanks Smiley

Terminated.
It seems many are advocating the use of v 3.3.2 until there is a more stable release or GUI. Can this version be purchased directly from Gunthar or a reseller ? How to obtain ?
A licence is valid for all versions of Gunbot. If you need a licence you can PM Gunthar or me or some other reseller.

If anyone is in need of a cheap VPS with 1ms ping to poloniex (can test other sites per request) to run Gunbot send me a PM. I can't help you set it up though so you'll have to do that on your own (can show you the basics of a VPS and guide you through connecting to one).

Amazon AWS is really slow and not up to scratch. Most people I know use Contabo or Vultr. Personally I use Contabo and am happy with them.

from what i have understood is that the gunbot needs to be on all the time.... so i will have to invest in a spare computer and insure it has internet access...

The other option is i could use my laptop, however i travel most of the time... my laptop could be on all day/night...however what happens if i am travelling and i need to switch the gunbot off?

Is there any other option where can i leave the bot running all day long apart from buying another computer...

vps hosting 5$ a month so you dont need to worry about anything

Amazon aws is still free for a year.. than why to spend $5..

Thanks for the testimonial Smiley

Just as a note my support if you use my referral code "Macca" when buying the bot off Gunthar includes mentoring anyway, I also do it in a structured way as a real coach would do, and I will check in with people constantl. Joker8 asked me a tonne of questions on Skype and I gave him examples, I went through all the indvidual configurations on the master "Allpairs" (the Javascript file that controls all the settings in Gunbot folder) and I gave him specific examples on which coins I would use with what setting according to volatility and if they're being pumped and dumped, and explained what I do for pairs when it is going through pump and dump spikes (I explained my special folders setups).

My own telegram group and site will be live fairly soon, and I'll also be sharing things like some manual trading tips, risk and bag management, certain candlestick patterns, using the bot in semi-automatic mode amongst other things etc.

Hello I would like to share my personal experience regarding the use of GUNBOT and settings. Disclaimer: I am not affiliated nor i gain anything of this post, this is strictly my honest review and (why not) maybe someone else can also benefit. I purchased GUNBOT roughly 2 months ago. Since then i have been trying my absolute best to learn it and tweak it accordingly. Navigating on Telegram has been really difficult and chaotic, on the other hand , paying the steep price of 0.1BTC for a one time settings that i do not fully understand seemed not to be a solution for me. I was kinda cornered, then i reached out to dragonsfire1981 and he proposed a plan like coaching. I agreed, and i have to say i am really pleased. I would consider myself as an advanced pc user but not a programmer, coder or wizzard of any kind not even coding background, so for me the coaching and the assistance was great. I have a much better understanding of the BOT now and i am at the point of finally starting to see a few profits and the learning has finally become fun and interesting. , because now i understand what i am doing. It was great to always have quick responses and all around great coaching regarding the BOT fundamentals that are really difficult to figure out on your own. I am pretty sure that i was the first ''student'' but i think he is happy to have more. So if you re like me and thinking to get a GUNBOT i would strongly suggest to have a chat with dragonsfire1981 and see if that could benefit you and save some precious time. All the Best!

is anyone having issues with poloniex connections?

Mine's working fine (v3.3.2).

Thanks.

I reverted back to 1.3, all after 2.x.x have not been connecting for at least a week so far.
I cant make any sense of it, google hinted that sometimes Polo API does not play well with some keys after some time.

I'm waiting for Gunthar to see my PM, we'll see how it goes.

Go Big or Go Home.....
Is it normal for GunBot to liquidate all of a coin in the account even though it is set to only trade a much lesser amount?

I started up Gunbot today with a small trade amount selected, and instead of buying and selling within that amount, the damn bot sold ALL I had (6x the set amount) at lower than I even bough it at weeks ago.

So it went out of the buy/sell envelope and sold already existing coins of the selected crypto. UGH.

what are you strategy settings, something is wrong?

Same as I was using before the crazy BTC pricing . I stopped for a while otherwise I'd be holding the bags. LOL

Using B&B, 3% up sell, 2% down buy. Nothing special.

Wait. Does it 'remember' the original purchase price form weeks ago?? If yes, then I know what happened. The 20% stop-loss kicked in.
But that should only affect current/active buys/sells, why would it stop-loss orders from weeks ago at the much higher price?
it goes over history for sure, unless you state in overrride to forget history... maybe your double up option is true as well

Ahh.. Where is this info at or where can it be turned off? PITA that it is on by default and the instructions are so detailed with the bot.. (* Cheesy)

in config file under strategy that you use should be that option. i think the older version than 5 dont have it

Ahh. I'm using the older one as it was way easier to setup and without instructions (Telegram channel is useless) the new ones have a way too difficult learning curve IMO.

Thanks though.

You meant if we get a VPS hosting on our computer, we can trade 24/7 on Gunbot even we turn off the computer?
