Not sure about becoming a campaign manager but I would say: just don't try to hard on everything.

If you try hard at too much, you won't last and a lot of people might start to have problems with you from what I've seen around this forum so far. Trying too hard has been a red flag for a while (especially for community managed systems like trust). Focus yourself on authenticity and what you're actually interested in.
The most realistic and pratikish advice you gave. If this forum is someone's personal property, saying your dream would be encouraged.  Here no one cares about your dream. Infact it's better not to dream and remain relevant, than to dream and get into troubles. Only a few will be happy to see you grow in the forum. My advice,  stop announcing your dreams publicly, else it will become a mirage.
The forum helps those who help themselves. Also the forum fosters the failure of those who wants to fail. It's left for you to pursue your goal but learn to be reserved in the forum.

without further ado I have a dream to become a hero member starting with the Experiment and starting from 12 posts
Any goal can be achieved if you are desperate over it, the only thing that brings set back via the community is a disadvantages and inability to discouraged a user, yes of course everyone started from somewhere which is brand new, and some today have possessed the highest status into the community which is legendary position, all these, is a matter of determination and hard work.

I am also interested in becoming a Campaign Manager if my goal is achieved in less than 3 years  Roll Eyes
I want to hear the Reaction of Random People on the planet  Cheesy
Thread is open & anyone is free to have an opinion
I think nobody that will not like the development of another person, but in academic curriculum it has a stages, at least stage one have to come in accomplish before another stage, and that is applicable to the community of bitcointalk, now the primary concern is to create some remarkable things first, via the process of building yourself before going into a signature campaign management, the procedures of managing a campaign Will come up when you have stay long in the forum, but what really matters is your reputation.

I like newcomers being silent on how to rank up and how to get merit in the forum but instead, silently contributing good deeds in the forum and actively sharing technical and fundamental discussions.  In that way, we know that they are working hard to rank up and be an established member soon.

Being a forum manager isn't quite easy, you need to gain trust first so that you will have the credibility to manage a project and also there's a company that will trust you on how to handle that task.  Or else hire an escrow if you don't have this and manage a campaign, sounds easy but it's hard to find a potential project to promote.

Follow of what was suggested above, they are all good and I tend to agree with them, spend time reading on the forum it brings good benefits to you.

Majority of us that ranked up after the introduction of my the merit system once had goals as yours, I can give you a secret. Take out time to write out your goals and then give it a timeframe then work towards it. Don't pressure yourself though, if it isn't working out then change your goals. Very important, set achievable goals.

Start from the simplest goals which in this case is ranking up to member and steadily move up the leader. Do all this while contributing positively to the community. It isn't that hard to accomplished anything you set your mind to. I can tell you for a fact, there's so much merit to take you to a member or full member in couple of active weeks, just put into effort.

Instead of joining the crowd and writing about plagiarism and all the rubbish we see this day, look for a topic that actually add value to the forum and discuss. As you do all this, don't make earning a priority instead be genuinely interested in adding value and you'll be rewarded.

Good day to you.

About being a campaign manager, there are a lot of them already and many of them have already built their reputation. I'm not saying that it's impossible for you to make it but you'll be having a tough competition if that's your focus.

But still, good luck!

I would bid good luck on that goal, OP. I do not have the experience in being a CM, but I recall a thread discussing that it is not what you think that it earns billions, so if you are expecting to be like a billionaire after managing one I would advise you to think twice about your goal.
Merits would just go naturally, as long as you are here for the "right" reason.

Dreaming big, won't harm you OP, although hero member isn't the last rank, you can dream to be legendary some day, and if you achieve this then you can site this post you just made in future, but I will be honest with you, don't dream without work attitude, many hero member especially the hero member that got all their merit themselves had special knowledgeable contributions they have to the forum, I always see everyone as a unique person and with unique specialties, OP if you can draw out your unique specialties showing it to the forum, I think you would be rising in rank, I believe you can, language will not be Hinder you, on your dreams.

Further more, campaign management, is not a service for hero members alone, if your reputation a void of unruly act and you have obeyed the forum rules then you can be one, you can find mentorship in the likes of Hhampuz, Yahoo, cryptoprenurbrainboss and so on.

good morning meta.
...

Good afternoon mate!

The rank of Hero Member is achievable in less than three years. There are many examples of heroes here who have already achieved it in far less time. Just remember what Daniel91 and some other members before me have pointed out about good practices. These are all good tips.

As for the Bounty Manager position, it's all up to you. As with any job hunt, you'll need to work hard on your own personal brand.

Selingkuhan, welcome to the forum.
The number of posts you write actually has nothing to do with the quality of the posts and your progress on the forum.
Most importantly, your posts should be constructive, on topic, and help other members and contribute to the community.
Only on that basis can you expect to get some merits and progress on the forum.
Why you actually want to become a hero member and campaign manager?
As a newbie member you can also write on this forum, participate in discussions and help other members, there is no difference so I don't understand your motivation.
Is the only motivation behind your plans and desires the possibility of higher earnings?
Members progress in this forum and become campaign managers for some other reasons, which have little to do with personal preferences and plans.

good morning meta.
good morning to all of you.
Good morning, too.

without further ado I have a dream to become a hero member starting with the Experiment and starting from 12 posts including this.
Continue, at least 5000 in the count of 12 now, a certain part, which is definitely a high value.

I am also interested in becoming a Campaign Manager if my goal is achieved in less than 3 years  Roll Eyes
it's a good dream, at least you should go to college to take up a vocational: (Management/Economics), or promote yourself in the section (service board).

I want to hear the Reaction of Random People on the planet  Cheesy
Reactions from humans, planetary:
1. You just got (1) Merit, 499 more needed for Hero.
2. Mutual respect for each other, Reputation is important for a manager, if your dream has been achieved.

Bottom line: do what you want to do, remember this is the internet planet, the real world that is actually life.

I adore your positivity but don't expect too much. It'll destroy you. Don't push yourself too hard or you'll stumble and fall.

The hardships that you may face:

1. To increase your rank is very difficult but if we're talking about increasing your rank into jr. Member or member, it can be achieved.
2. To get merits is even more harder nowadays but as long as you make good quality post you can get merits from other users.
3. Being a campaign manager is even more harder than getting merits because you need someone to give you trust and that is if you are trusted. You need to maintain a good image and reputation.
4. Becoming a hero member cannot be achieved so easily in 12 posts, it is also very difficult. You'll need to have 480 activity and 500 merits.
5. It'll test you and your patience.

I'm not trying to let you down or being harsh to you. I simply want you to be aware of these because this is the reality that you'll face in the future. Just don't get all your hopes up too much. To achieve your dreams you need to be very hardworking. You also need to remember that there is no shortcut to success. It'll take a long time but at least you'll know that in the end everything will be worth it. I know you can do it too in the future so do a great job on working hard. Goodluck.

I have a little question. Why did you take an account from a friend? Do you have a problem with registration on the forum in your country? Why haven't you opened your account? If you look at your early posts, you came to the forum with accusations, which means you have a reason for this. This means that this is not your first account.
However, being a manager doesn't mean you need to have a legendary rank. You can start right now. But do you have all the knowledge of selecting companies to further gain trust from bounty hunters? After promoting a fraudulent project a couple of times, you will quickly acquire a negative tag. I think you know what I'm talking about.
Getting the rank of legend also takes time. If you combine your knowledge and your ability to communicate with people who want to advertise their projects here, being really real, and not scams, your plan can come true.
And yes, for such big goals, you should choose a higher name, because you want to be a popular manager-legend, right?

First, to rank up on this forum should not be a problem, but it requires knowledge and experience, you can start by knowing more about bitcoin, bitcoin wallets especially the reputed ones that are often referred to on this forum like Electrum, reading what experienced members are posting on this forum, reading merited posts, not posting what you do not know, accept corrections and always be optimistic and contribute good to this forum. The start can be poor, but the later will be quite enjoyable as you are ranking up.

Second, it is not about any rank before you can become a campaign manager, and there is nothing bad to start learning about it gradually, ones you bring a good campaign, and the bitcoin or altcoin is escrowed, everything was done successfully, and your campaign participants on this forum that meet your rules and requirements were all paid, you will have reputation already.

You do not need to be hard on yourself, just learn all these gradually, visit this forum often and have more experience to decide what you will do. But I will advice you to be ranking up first if you do not know much about signature and bounty campaign managing yet and learn about it.

I had the same idea as you when I first came to the forum.  But after a while of experience, I realized that it is really a difficult job when you have to create trust in the eyes of others.  It took me a lot of time so I gave up on it.  Now I just go to the forum to learn from experience and do some work to earn a little monthly allowance.  I don't know what will happen in the future but I still wish you to complete your path
