Bookmark this, should keep you in the know.

Seems they are working/voting on the plan for liquidation
you should have gotten something in the mail from the lawyers if you are a part of this.

Docket 344.pdf should help!

As we can see, refund in the currency you paid is possible!

Knc scammer

Hi,

If you confirm your choice as a refund of your order for the mini Titan we will process the refund as quickly as possible. I can see that you paid for your mini Titan order via bitcoin and we can only refund the same way the order was paid. Please provide your bitcoin wallet address and we will refund the exact same amount of bitcoins that you paid to your wallet address.

We have a large amount of request to process at this time and it can take a while for us to process the refund, however I can assure you we are working as quickly as possible.

Med vänlig hälsning | Best regards

Hi,
If you chose the option of a refund for your mini Titan, you will be refunded the same amount of BTC that you paid to us. The Swedish law on cancelled purchases is that both parties get back what they initially performed.
The initial transaction you performed was that you paid to us a number of BTC, for that reason you must be repaid that same number of BTC.
If you confirm the refund as your choice we will process the refund in the quickest way possible to the wallet address you have provided.
Med vänlig hälsning | Best regards

...but only if it is in benefit of the scamming company of course!  Cool

Him and who else? I can't believe nothing was done about it during the last year or so. The most paid sales guy in the world.

Looking through Docket 348 in https://cases.processgeneral.com/cases/document/case/5/hashfast-technologies-llc/
it shows $34,973 being paid in salaries for Feb 2015.  Who is still there and why are they getting paid so much?

Does this make any sense to anyone?

Would like to know as well.

hmm should I be concerned that my name doesnt appear on the latest list of money owed?

Is there anyway to contact them and ask them why my name does not appear

I've written this off as a loss long ago and have stopped paying attention... what list are you referring to?

You could try contacting the creditor committee attorneys.  Their email addresses are listed at the beginning of many of the documents.

I do like the idea of compiling and keeping current the list of real names and offenses.  Davide, you were always a little skittish about that.  But remember, you're not defaming or libeling anybody if what you say is true.
I usually get that kind of threats twice a week since when I was 15. Even from people like Berlusconi's lawyers. Maybe I already said it. I understand that, and yes, I was being too precautionary. It's evident that the goal was not only to screw us, but to push that LB sale that would have unbelievably benefited them after having screwed us for almost a year.

If you had time to write something for hashfast.org, I would be happy to host it. I've just noticed the other day that when I bought the domain I prepaid it for 10 years. That should be telling of my feelings at the time.

hey ! how's you dear Cedivad ?  Wink have you read this man? ----> http://johoe.mooo.com/trezor-power-analysis/  Cheesy

I just dropped by to say "Hi".   That and, well, Icebreaker, you're still a fat stinky turd.

One does regret HF's decision to fight Chapter 7 and its single minded determination to screw its creditors.  It takes a special kind of asshole to deliberately burn down the remnants of the company for no apparently greater reason than to make sure that the people who paid for your products get nothing back.

I do not regret, for a moment, petitioning to put them into bankruptcy, and I hope the bankruptcy hangs around Eduardo and Simon's necks (careers) forever.

Are HashFast chips/boards/system worth anything any more?

Assuming 0.80 Watts/GH, at 550 GH you consume 440 Watts and generate a decreasing return of 0.006 BTC per day ($1.46)
Even in the chip, board, power supply, fan and cooler were free, is there any place in the world where the power needed to run these chips/boards (10.56 KWh/day) costs significantly less than $1.46 per day?
That's 13.8c/kWh. There are plenty of places with power less than that.

Price of electricity of even half of that is available in many, many places which can provide server-friendly environment, but the problem is that transportation of the miners across half the world and eventual one-time customs' fees + VAT (up to 30% here where I live) my bring it to zero profitability again.

Don't forget potential cooling costs as the northern hemisphere starts to warm up. I've turned off my .9 J/GH miners because AC costs eat up the rest of any potential profit. Difficulty is jumping up again in a few days, too.
Yeah, I will probably be out of mining once summer rolls around. The normals for my part of the world are still 7C high and -4C low, so mining heat still reduces load on my conventional gas furnace. Even so, I have my Habaneros turned down to 400MHz/0.69V to push the efficiency up to 0.71J/GH.

You have been warned.   Govern yourself accordingly.
I would say that the warning was ignored, and that you can send me the excel that I will format for hashfast.org along with his full name so that I can start a page on him as well.

I certainly wouldn't want to have a psychopath as an employee.

Going Postal?
Lol, some people do not have the capacity to learn, be humble, or admit to their mistakes, Hell will be waiting for them.
