Has anyone attempted to take them to court yet? I have emailed them asking to refund my orders, but I am very doubtful they will answer those emails considering I have about 6 other emails from 1-3 months ago still unanswered. After March 31st I will be forced to bring it to court to receive my money back.

So, uh, Rascal... you were in here not long ago dismissing the complaints of people in earlier batches, making excuses for Hashfast, and saying that you thought choosing them was a smart move that you made.

Do you still feel that way?  Or would you agree that you were in denial, and that Hashfast wasn't such a smart move after all?

Remember that 31 march was the garanteed deliverytime for batch 3, so what is this mean for us and our refunds?

Thas asshole hashfast still dont react..  really my blood is cooking, if i ask somebody else to send them a email and they react.

LOL is this serious? Everytime when a month is pass by , they let every batchnumber delay again with 1 more extra month to wait.. (they think they can tell u that that easy) Guys dont be stupid,, ask your money back.. the machines is nothing more worth... 400 ghz u can already buy at antminers for 1,80 btc . And Antminer S2 for 3500 usd...   I have pay 10.000 usd for sierra and babyjet, they cant deliver, i ask my refund back.. and now still wait 3 months nearly..

I have orders in batch 3 & 4 ...I just mailed them ...that all what's happening is absurd and now i really don't care ..please don't ever bother to send me your miners ...consider it as a charity to HashFast guys from my side...to cure their mental problems .

So this email that I didn't get makes one thing clear, even though they have problems with the rev.0 boards they are running the old production line and those of us who ordered pre-evo machines will get pre-evo machines, and after the new production line is fried up.  Also the bit about conversion but get at the end of the line again... I'm really quite unsure why these guys aren't in jail by now.

The authorities don't care about these kinds of scams.

As I said I received the email directly to the address I confirmed with scamfast way back in sept when I was stupid enough to order from these fraudsters. The message came from:

Can a Mod just Ban and Delete anything having to do with HashFast?

They are confirmed scammers. Plus they have cut off all lines of communication with their customers.

We are not getting MPP. Let's be real here.. They don't give a Fuck about us.

As unhappy HF customer I think that we need to keep everything that HF have said and other user comments about that for the benefit of past, current and potential future customers. And if HF will talk again allow them to do so where it is appropriate.
