again +75000%, 900 billion + 75000% = diff 675900 billion or 675.9 trilion !!!

This is only for the following 12 months

past performance does not guarantee future results.

the diff rise will flatten out just as it did when we went from cpu to gpu transformation.  I am not saying it will stop going up.. but it will slow down

Now is diff 1.2 bilion, for next 10 days will be +33% and and so forth,

1.3 bilion +33%, = diff 1.596 for 10 days, next 10 days 1.596 bilion + 33% = diff 2.12 bilion,
next 10 days diff 2.12 +33% = diff 2.82 bilion and and so forth.

until the end of 2014 years, diff will be about 676 trilion.

Today diff 1.2 billion for next 6 monthy +75000% , it is diff 900 billion,
and for following 6 month in 2014 year,
again +75000%, 900 billion + 75000% = diff 675900 billion or 675.9 trilion !!!

This is only for the following 12 months

You can check this increase difficulties; ( for last 6 months diff rise 75000%, from 1.7 million to 1200 million)

i think 400 is just a production/day set by ciara. The reality is that we still haven't seen a full working miner. Chances are now very low for a 2013 delivery. All we know at this point is that the chip sorta works, and there are pallets full of empty cases in Canada.

Hmm... so nothing more on the mystery of Amy's comment about 400 BJ's being produced?

Do people think that:

a) they will definitely miss delivery on the later orders for BJ's (machines 400-563) because, for some reason, they don't have the boards/chips (this would include my order)

-or-

b) it's some confusion generated by the fact that at least some BJ orders were converted into Sierras

-or-

c) maybe the 200 bj's ordered by "bet on ice" moron (quiet lately, isn't he?) are being provided to him in some other form (boards?), leaving about 400 machines for freebies/development plus paid customers?

-or-

d) something else entirely?

T-minus 11 days till the pitchforks and torches are unleashed.

Even twitter comments starting to get testy.

What are you guys going to do when it arrives at your door on the 2nd of Jan 2014?

Accept it and just pay the import tax/fee or refuse it?

Can people even refuse it so it can be returned back? Is that even possible?

It wont arrive at my door till the import fees are paid.
But as i said in a previous post and an email i sent to failfast.
Since they are breaking their own ToS failing to deliver by 31st i will Refuse to accept the unit after the 31st with out some form of compensation

I shouldn't have any trouble receiving this before the end of the month if they ship tomorrow but as a day one customer I'm not bound by the bogus Dec 31st date.

At this point I'm inclined to refuse an extremely late time critical delivery on a miner that will only return a fraction of what I paid for it.

I've no dog in this fight (no order) but there are threads on bfl forums of those who refused orders..and with the bfl scam of really really shipping late (like 1 year late) it came to naught....ie BFL just kept the items on return and it went no where legally and the customers eventually got them to re-ship for postage after months of wait...so from a regulator point of view it seems (hey you got it in 6 months why are you bothering us?)....BFL the platitum standard of 'scams' .....(I ougtht to know forced upgrade to a 900gh of monarchs due to no refund policy...out 8k ..they will be bricks if/when I ever get them) anyway FTC rules ..fraud rules .they don't matter much if they are not being enforced...and anyone can look at BFL and say .."hey if they can get away with a year we can get away with a few months!" (anyway I know squat ..just from posts on bfl forums and elsewhere where this happened and or legally stuff has basically gone nowhere with class action or anything with bfl) er and this also includes small claims courts etc ..bfl just refuses to pay and nothing is done to them...so much for online protection as stated in usa laws....anyway...hopefully it won't come to this with the current mnfg and/or equip just saying what I've been tripping over on the BFL example.

good luck but hopefully it won't happen to you here on this item/equip mnfg

I think your correct I'll just shut up and take it on the chin. And the taxes paid for something so unless like the BJ even a sierra is useless and  heart breaking . Unless they use some Brian  and say,  yes we'll send extra hardware to thank the people that believed in their project.

Is it possible to be delivered to Australia by 31?  Lol I don't think so

nope heavy items take near a week for shipping, aussie customs closes for freight on the 24th, opens on  the 26th with minimum staff till the new year.

Dont forget us Aussie need to pay import fees for the rig
heres a rough guide what ill be paying for 1 rig to Aus

Quote
Total customs value (FOB):    AU$6331.27    This is the amount that customs values your import at
- Duty:    AU$0.00
- Customs Service Fee:    AU$55.20
- GST:    AU$683.68
Total import duty & taxes due:    AU$738.88

that will need to be paid before they will allow it to leave customs

It's possible if they ship ASAP and customs/courier company does a epic rush job. But it'll be tough seeing as it's end of the year / xmas season.

And if you're from Australia, don't forgot the tax/customs fee which is normally about 10% + customs accessing fee.

Possibly looking at paying about $600 in tax/fees for it.

Full delivery before Dec 31'st. That would be a Christmas miracle indeed.
I think that it's a mathematical certainty by now that not all of batch 1 customers will get their order on time. As time goes on, this number increases exponentially.

That being said, you start delivering tomorrow, and the best proof you can come up with the day before is a press release? If you want to prove in court that you delivered working miners with a press release, i think that you will have an hard time with that.

Can someone find another reason for witch the press release was released with this timeframe? It's certainly not gaining new customers, they are not really influenceable by press releases.

Yeah a press release don't mean shit. Any bum can put one out. I want to see a ton of unbiased customers reporting having received their product. I'd like to see video and picture evidence.

Heheh..the thread that never ends....

Yeah definitely a full btc refund would be welcome by most. One can get a lot of hashing power for that amount now. A btc refund for them must be a nightmare scenario though and I'm sure they will do everything possible to avoid it. It's Dec 20. Time is ticking. Full delivery before Dec 31'st. That would be a Christmas miracle indeed.
