I came out here yesterday, with three modules in my carry-on

We made good progress in working out how best to attach the cooling head to the chip in an easy and repeatable fashion.

They took the Baby Jets’ chassis’ out of their boxes and opened them up. Removed their drive bays and other unneeded components. Unboxed the Seasonic power supplies, attached and labeled their cables, and installed the supplies in the Baby Jets. Inserted the cooling unit and radiator. Added an additional chassis fan on the back of the box. Then screwed the chassis back together, put it back in its styrofoam packing material, and stacked each on pallets.

For sure that they have not put any pcbs or chips into the 400 BJs. They are in "progress" on how to mount them and simply insert the power supply, fans and water cooling components. Good job Ciara, HF as usual

I dunno, it looked liked they were a decent sized firm from a large city with the experience to handle the job, but it was not an exhaustive search for the best lawyer by any means.

And no I have not tried to contact them, I was waiting to see if HF was going to offer any reasonable upgrade in a timely manner. Roll Eyes

Nowhere does it state that Ciara has the modules, nor that they were installed.

That is something I asked from day 1.

They will declare FULL VALUE of the product. They will ship the BJ for its value and after the 2nd batch of BJs the upgrades will come.

What is about the customs, when they ship the upgrades, what worth will they have on the bill, because
I have to pay the customs for every delivery, if they don´t come in one package.

I think the hole worth at the shippment of BJ´s and upgrades are the paid price for one BJ.

Yeah they said they will post updated information every day to see all delivery process and orders.

Same as they said 1,5 month ago that in a week they will have notices on the hosting location they were preparing

Same as they said that they are "limited" by the pcb factory that can just handle up to 700 pcbs per day, while Ciara could handle thousands.

Same as they said back in late October that they were still on schedule and that they were going to ask the factorys for some photos on the pcbs, cases..

Same as when I posted the picture of the chip, John told me they expected to be shipping units on 13 of December

Now seriously, it takes them like 8 days to give me a reply of my ticket to change the shipping delivery info. Good luck if they tell you any "expected" delivery time

Well once batch 1 users get their babyjets and mine less then 0.01 a day im sure a lawsuit will happen, but why wait... how many people or batch 1 users do we have against hashfast to get this lawsuit in order.

I provided a work based shipping address but during the holidays it will be closed. If this is the case I will need to change the address to my home address. i.e. I need to know *when* my unit ships to determine where to receive it.

Instead of doing "+1" or claiming that you will see them in court, start coordinating with other users. Build relationships and ideas on how to proceed. It doesn't happen automatically.
