That should be deliver "deadline *".  The "deadline" (until they decide to retroactively change it after the fact) is based on delivery date not shipping date.

* Of course the deadline for pre Aug 15th orders has long since passed, the company however has fraudulently decided to steal customers funds by not providing refund in violation of their own pre Aug 15th TOS.

Still no picture of 500GH/s speed?

It's all over the internet.  Don't you read Coindesk?

Actually I do read Coindesk and I only found 2 articles from way back, nothing recent. Let's remind us what this article states:

http://www.coindesk.com/cointerra-and-hashfast-flesh-out-asic-miner-product-lines/

Quote
Sierras sold without price protection cost $7.92 per GH/sec. TerraMiner II units will cost $3.5 per GH/sec. However, the Sierra’s more expensive price comes with a time advantage: while Sierras will begin shipping in November, TerraMiner II customers will have to wait until January.

Ah sweet January...

ALWAYS BET ON iCE...

Since you like to bet, how about accepting mine?

I have 5 BTC that says HashFast will not ship a working miner containing Golden Nonce chips to even one customer in 2013.  (It has to be physical delivery.  Hosting doesn't count.)

Care to put up 5 BTC of your own against that?

Sounds good to me.  I presume you're OK with using John K for escrow.

Care to make it 10 BTC?   Cool

ALWAYS BET ON iCE...

Well Bogart, do we have a bet or not?

Are you going to man up and put your Bitcoin where your mouth is, or run away like a scared little pony?

Such a heroic contribution to the mining community!  Wow!  What David.  Many Terrrahash?
None for now, you know, i'm bitting myself for having chosen the BS company instead of the company that will kick-asses in this industry...

I should have know, HF's website was too well designed for them being real. CT's, instead, seemed like to be written from someone that was new to html/css but not to coding. (i really had that impression...).

Davey my boy, don't ever judge an engineering company based on its web site.  Hardware guys are totally different animals than web monkeys.

Cointerra really dodged a bullet by not having you as a customer.

If you had got a Cointerra order for "mid December" you would be pulling the same crap you do here on their thread (claiming they lied, are guilty of fraud/literally Hitler, should be sued, etc).

Now that Cointerra has under-delivered their over-promised hardware, it's time to treat them to your idiotic blathering.  Because Fairness.  And sauce goose gander something something lulz.

Don't worry, I'll improve your insufferable whining with a golden sprinkle of my trademark humor.   Wink

HashFast Announces Fastest Bitcoin Mining Chip in the World!
Posted on December 13, 2013 by Janielle Denier    in Baby Jet, Blog, Development, Golden Nonce ASIC, News, Rig Assembly
HALF A TERAHASH/s (500GH/s) on a single chip.

This result was achieved during the bringup process of HashFast’s GN chip and module. The engineering team are progressively testing the system, and have not yet reached the full speeds the system was designed for. We expect to see better results over the next few days.
This milestone represents a breakthrough in Bitcoin mining technology and is several times faster than existing Bitcoin mining chips. We are starting volume production of mining systems now.
Stay tuned for further speed results.

Kind regards,
Simon Barber

Just so we can reference it in the future.

Using images to focus the attention of newbies is certainly one of the aspects of your trolling that you do better.

Thanks!  And you are a great spell-checker.

That was really nice of you to freak out and throw a fit over a misspelled word written indelibly on a web page.

This is so much fun. So the contract says that they can't have any class action against them? Am i reading it correctly? This is really so much fun...
To bad that there are at least 10 customers out there that will happily go on by their own, even if that point had anything legal in it...

Can we sue them for putting illegal points on their terms of sales terms and conditions of sales, too?

That doesn't mean the same lawyer can't go after the same case for every client. We don't need to class action, we all just need to use the same lawyer with multiple cases. Once he's won once, he's won them all. He just needs to present the same arguments over again or point to the first case.

I assume they realized the "terra" error and just deleted the tweet since there's no "edit" for tweets. Too much work to make another tweet with the correct spelling, I guess.

They should probably apply a global search and replace for the "terra" vs "tera" adjustment, on their website.  I found more than a few terrahash references.

Regarding "Terranova"... it was awful acting but I was sad when they didn't renew it.

Who was doing the web design stuff for them again? :-)

Maybe because calling something a single chip when it is four different chips on the same board is at best dishonest. Four knc chips are producing 700gh/s, they just keep them on separate boards so that cooling is easy and single chip failures can be handled without losing the entire board.
