same here, also connected with the address above.

When I ordered (Before August 15th), I used direct Bitcoin transfer to an address. No BitPay. They send me a nice form with an address to send bitcoins too:
and what happened with the BTC in that address? It is still sitting there? Or did it move? Was it unique for you? Or a gathering address?

Not sitting there anymore. Unique for me, not a gathering address initially, but seems to have moved to this gathering address and out:

33,901 in total BTC received from August 06- October 24th:

^^yes, it is a HashFast address. tx below is also connected with this address by serveral corners.

Alright iCE... seeing as how you are happy with your 12 month payback.  How about we test your sincerity.

I will offer you 2 batch 1 BabyJets for 10 btc less than I paid.  I can prove payment of over 89btc https://blockchain.info/tx/b97e4a16ebf5e7da03a32e0c31fe04de69c29ddde689f2c03f0ccb5c67ae7075 and am willing to sell this pre-order to you for the bargain basement deal of the century of only 79btc.

I'm basically giving you $12,000 USD in the next 12 months according to your math.

Interested?

I did a little research about what did happen with my BTC if I ordered a BabyJet in August 2013. the address below seems to me is a HashFast Bitcoin address:

https://blockchain.info/de/address/12sENwECeRSmTeDwyLNqwh47JistZqFmW8

background is to get information if the BTC still is available if the fail to deliver by 31 December 2013.

EDIT: BabyJet Batch 1 are 570 devices. But not all paid with BTC.

Well, now that it seems that the shipment is really close and HF is not going to offer any kind of hosting, which is the best hosting option out there ?

The first HashFast board!  http://ow.ly/i/3Xrbt

Aww man... now even I have lost money because of Hashfast lying when I bet that difficulty would pass 1B in 2013. I've been lurking this thread attentively and seriously believed they had the boards ready. NDA ftw! lol!  Roll Eyes

Never been through this and it's frustrating

Oh, man, this is nothing. You should have seen the Avalon saga, that was frustrating. Promise for a small miners to catch-up with the big guys shattered to pieces through half-year waiting. BFL doesn't even count, they are a benchmark on their own.
ahh man never going to invest my bitcoins again. This system is supposed to rely on honest  people, just like what America's was built on,  but thats all going down the drain.
I don't want to sound like an ass but they lied.  If your grateful for waiting for two months then good for you son,  good for you

All ASIC manufacturers have been late, or have not delivered at all. I came into this expecting the chance of a delay. I guess I'm just conditioned to waiting a year and 3 months at BFL. I was in the first month of orders. But the light at the end of the tunnel came soon.
nothing can condition me to this sort of stuff, I feel cheated on and Hashfast can see this.
The only thing is about batch1,  only a handful of people bought the first batch that's why there is handful in this forum complaing

Iceland's importation taxes for computers didn't existed 1 year ago. Now they where forced to introduce it, but they are refunded from the government in 2 months time. I'm at Thor.

If you don't want to pay import taxes, you don't have to go to the states - you could also search for a canadian datacenter.

@Visesrion, i personally went for Iceland. Cheap electricity, next to home

But how about shipping fees ?

I am from Spain and they charge around 20% in vat. They will declare the full package value, so the 20% and shipping fees are quite high. That's why I though it would be better to have my unit hosted somewhere in the US.
How much you expect to be charged in shipping fees ? Also, where in iceland are you having your unit hosted ?

I'm going to host them at a local Co-Location here in Texas

Could you send me the link please

Per our purchase, we are entitled to it. I believe late January is the date.
Wrong. That's the date used to decide how much hashing power you are entitled to, not when you receive it.

If not, we keep calling them and pressing them. Reminding them that us in Batch 1 helped get the company rolling.
Sure, as if "pressing them" has been anyway useful so far.

joshv06, the only think you should really be worried about is when the deliver the MPP. That's the only part that matters. I would rather have them to keep those useless miners they are gonna ship this month over the uncertainty of when they are gonna ship the MPP. The MPP shipping date isn't anywhere, there are no deadlines at all. The only limit is their decency.

Per our purchase, we are entitled to it. I believe late January is the date. We will not make as many BTC as we purchased. I think when HF/CIARA start pumping out these "en mass", we should get them sometime in February. If not, we keep calling them and pressing them. Reminding them that us in Batch 1 helped get the company rolling.

@New video: If they keep the recording where one capacitor felt out of it's placement, it means that either one capacitor falling out is the norm, or they didn't have too many boards to assembly right now to repeat the recording again.

All i'm saying is the light at the end of the tunnel, and the total delay time was 1.5months-2months. They're pressed to ship this month due to their TOS.

Though it sucks, the reality that pre-ordering asics is one of the only ways to stay in the mining game. The reality with that also is chance of delay, the company not delivering at all, or of course an outright scam.

While waiting for my 2 BFL single pre-orders, we were in a similar situation as now. Price was skyrocketing, except then difficulty was low. Under 100 mil. Yes there is the "I could have made so much $" But it's a roll of the dice with ASIC companies.
