yes there are many problem ..my account is hacked and all 1 ths has been taken out .. and when i ask there support they said there is not unusual in my account ..
 but as i can see i account is hacked by differ country ..not nothing is done by there team and i lost everything ..

Why do you punish the readers of this thread?

Why do you think that he is punish anyone from Bitcointalk?

If there was attack from different country, HashNest support should to see it. If they can not catch such obvius change, it means something..

I think it is correct to warn users that situation like this can happen.

I reset google auth 3 times - each time their support disabled it in less than 24 hours

Have no idea what you may, but to reset your google auth Hash will ask scan your id

I've read on their forum that some users are not getting paid even if the system said "withdraw processed"
There I can not see any reply from the support even if I guess that this one is a major issue that must be addressed by the support!

I would like to ask here if is there a major withdraw problem or not?

i dont know about this problem, but several week ago, i have problem with 2fa verification and cannot made withdraw, because it gave me always error:incorrect code and i contact to support to cancel my 2fa verification and and sent my ID scanned and they helped me, after that, i have made several withdraw without any problem

I had a delay once or twice, definitely less than three times; but the coins will arrive within 12 hours. Yes. Their support is non-existent but your coins will arrive.

However, there is one condition, if the withdrawal amount is above (I think) 10 BTC, it will be a manual verification. However, for smaller amounts, it is automated.

As i understand upgrade to S7 or redeem is possible only if someone own more then 10.000 GHS. What if someone have little amount of GHS in S5? Sad
Do i have to forget about this now?

I also remember high price of S7 at the beginning. If they relase S9 with so high price no one will buy.. I don't think we have to wait 2 - 3 months. I expect that after 2 - 3 weeks, maybe one month price will be 20% - 30% lower.

I repeat the question: What if someone has a small amount of GHS in S5 - I should forget about it, or there is some possibility to turn it in BTC?

I don't remember the price to fall just after 1 month for S7.


As for your question, I remember I saw one hashnest announcement, they gave a time frame to convert S5 hash rates to something else, you might want to check it out again.

The fees never change, it is the proffit that does. This is due to the fact that the fees are set in a certain amount of USD.

There is no way to change the 5GHs to BTC or hardware. It simply sits there until the S5 no longer exists.
I think someone would buy an s9 on hashnest after the halving, i would be greatly inclined to do so if the maintenance fees were below 30% (post halving).
