I tried such a thing in the past with solid proofs ( pictures, emails, forum messages ) to PayPal and ic3.gov.
The website I reported is still opened, it still scams people and is still working even today.
The sad truth is nobody gives a damn in the online community.

I must contradict you here.
I don't really think the majority will see it as you do.I think they will decide it's very trustworthy because it came back and they will promote it as a very serious business instead and promote it even more agressive.
If I was a scammer with such a plan I would do that.I would create pannic from time to time and then I would prevail a "hacking attack" or some other petty excuse because " I do it for my users " and so on.

After hashocean disappeared a couple of tens of "official" fb pages appeared and almost all of them are trying to scam in another way the persons that were already scammed.....Where are we heading to, there's not even a bit of honesty left or a trace of ethics.

This is so akward. An no Goverment, Police or FBI will ever follow thoose scammers. its so sad to live in this kind of world.

Banks are not safe too even trusted payment system as well as PAYPAL , skrill it is possible to loose even when you are under government control so bitcoin & ALTs coin are very good coin but you need to set control by yourself and not to invest in shit project even if they last for long time as in hashocean .
