i think a fund of $ 500 is very sufficient to invest, even smaller than that will still be enough to invest or trade daily.

If you are new to this and doesnt have enough knowledge I suggest you to research first, when we say trading people think its easy but the reality is not, if you are new and you do trade you will surely lose that $500 easily.

$500 is enough as initial capital to trade, even smaller than that too. but keep in mind, the greater your capital to trade, the greater the risk and profit you get. You may doing both of them, but each one have advantages and disadvantages.
One of the advantage in investing is you don't need to watch the price of your coins everyday, unlike daily trading.

It depends upon what you can handle on your own. Basically, diversifying your investment is good but you should have the time to observe each coin that you will hodl and trade. In this case you could have much profit when their change in volume and market price tends to become positive.

This is far more than enough to really to start a trade, I have just read of someone’s trade story who shared how he turned $500 to about $10000 within 4 months and I think this is really a very good gain if we can actually get this to be possible, but the only thing with his own is that he went on a leverage trading which is quite very risky but could really be profitable.

If you want to trade without leveraging, I think that you can actually turn that $500 to at least $2500 within 3 months, which you can then continue to compound until it becomes bigger for you to continue to trade in a bigger way. Imagine what you could gain again if you start trading with that $2500, would that not be enough to actually earn you a very high salary every year? So what does one need work for again?

I think 500$ is enough for you to trade and i think you gonna be do search what coin you gonna buy.
And do trade some exchange that you will feel that you are comfortable to trade.

You are a newbie and don't seem to have enough requisite knowledge to trade so it's best you invest. But that would be after you have spent time understanding the working scheme of this space. Especially how to protect your investment from hackers, the do's and don'ts. The red flags to look of for before investment is also important. I suggest you invest in bitcoin or Ethereum if you are not in it for quick bucks
