I think that when a gambler loses money by placing a bet, it is not the other gambler who stops to see him lose that cash, but rather that person desires a higher profit. But it would be best for a responsible gambler to refrain from gambling for a while after seeing others lose money. The ones who are consistently losing money at gambling doesn't really understand gambling in first place, because the ones who understand gambling from its core would never lose money in it.

Personally I've not really earned anything tangible from gambling but I've seen interesting stories of gamblers who have won humungos payments and rewards from betting especially after staking small amount of money, setting up a high amount of odds and winning big afterwards. An instance is that of a Nigerian man who almost scattered the internet with much amusement over his monumental betting skills.
