Have your winning story or celebration lured someone you know into gambling because he wants to win big like you

                                 OR

Have you ever taught or predicted a game for someone which turn out to be a win,how big was it ?

It depends, but usually I celebrate when I gain a massive win and try to boast it, but I am not luring someone into going to gamble, and I do always say the risks of it. All the negative aspects of gambling are what I tell someone if she or he asks me to teach them. But so far no one of my friends do gamble or i lured into gamble because they also knew how big i lose on it before i gain a massive winnings. Also, I believe that I have bad luck, so when I teach or coach someone in gambling, it will lead to losses. I don't know why.

I don't request loans~
Pfft nope. It was more likely for them to avoid gaming due to me. I've more often recounted countless losses than the small number of wins that I've had in my career of gambling. I have experienced predicting wins, but most of them were not really about gambling but just me and my friends and talking about big tourneys in general. I'm also pretty much the only gambler around them, and I avidly try to tell them to avoid this hellhole of a hobby, so even with good predictions now and then, it doesn't really push them to join me. Well at least afaik, they've never gambled.

It's very tempting to do that its human instinct to justify the reason why we gamble especially to people who have doubts about our gambling habit, as much as I tried to refrain but I'm always tempted to show my winning but not to brag I just want to show them that I'm not wasting my money and time and you can still win, not just every time.
But the most important is you are happy and you are gambling money that you can afford to lose, if they doubt you let them it's your money and it's your satisfaction that matters.

Not every time, maybe a few close friends and that's it. Maybe just a couple of beers and story telling, that's it.

This I don't know, maybe they go and play online by themselves and maybe win but didn't tell me. But it doesn't matter though, it's their business and their money anyways.

I guess that is easy, specially in sports betting, like in your favorite sports and share it with your friends. If they win big then good for them.

I only share my gambling experience to my family, i always avoid telling my friends that i gamble online. I dont know the actual reason maybe to save a face? Lol
But there is one time in an occasion my wife mentioned that thing and some of them were shocked that i really is. Lol. Because they really think of me like a good person Lmao. Well, because i don't usually drink (well, just occasionally), i don't smoke, never tried of taking dr*gs even once even my teen days where curiousity are hype, never gamble (well, irl i don't lol).

Yes, I do share my winning story and that fuels some of my friends to also try their luck.

Sometimes, beginners luck is coming to them and that's the start of them being addicted in gambling. While they continue, they now noticing that losing is much more to happen instead of winning. But still, they won't stop as they want to experience the feeling again of being a winner.

I don't need to blame myself though why they end up like that. They are not dumb, to begin with, and I'm sure they are responsible outside gambling.

Guess I did this many times I usually treat my friends even if the amount I won is small, they may not tell me that they are also gambling but they are actively talking about sports betting and playing dice, I guess showing them your winning is the easiest way to lure or invite people to gamble, people know that you can make money from gambling, they just need a push to get them started and by showing them you lure them and justify their belief that there is money to be made in gambling.

My wins were eaten up by my losses. So, there is nothing to share. Looking upon me betting with cryptocurrency, few have tried to bet using cryptocurrency. Earlier they were using fiat. Such incidents have happened, but no one have known about my gambling activity. Few have known about losses, which I used to share to overcome my emotions.

I think I'm done sharing winning stories with friends, I found out that it's better not to brag your winnings or big loses to others, just take everything in and just be happy and celebrate it with your families only.

And yeah that could be a side effect of it, if you tell your friends and who knows, maybe they will be attracted and gamble by themselves and see and try if they can also win. But the problem is that we all know that odds are not going to be in our favor, unless your you very lucky and really win huge amount of money in your first try (beginners luck).

I think we shouldn't make that a habit. Their money, their rules.

Even if they will give us consent that we won't be blamed in case of a loss, there's still a bad feeling in case our predicted bet given to them failed to win. There will surely be a blaming game but they won't just tell us about that.

Maybe instead of predicting the game for them, give them good pointers and more importantly, tell them to just stick betting with the sports they really know and are familiar with.

To be honest, I didn't do anything like that. I've never told anyone anything about how I won. The reason for this is not to hide anything from my friends. I also don't like to comment much because I'm not very successful in gambling. I'm just playing to myself the way I know how. I've heard stories from my friends about how they won. But I didn't want to apply them either. Because everyone's tactical understanding is according to him.

Yes I but it's not to lure them to gamble but rather to show them it's not always losing but you can still win in gambling because my friend can easily tell if I lose in gambling because I'm not good at hiding every time I lose in gambling

Yes I did but I explain to them that's not always winning and you should always play within your means and gambling is for entertainment only, it's always their decision to play, and it should not be coming from someone.

I got lured by the winnings of my friend and yes he gave me some tip as well that turns into a good profit. This might be my story of my first sports betting.

Well, we are being hyped by the profit that we saw but little did we know that we might lose more first before making any profit. I don’t want to encourage someone to go into gambling because I know it’s risky and they might blame me for this, I don’t want to feel guilty about it.

I haven't won big in gambling but i have given out games to non gamblers who played them and won after a while the got committed to gambling. But each day i refuse to hold myself accountable for his decision because it only happened once and the rest of the time He went to book games himself. But i still believe those lured into gambling did it out of their own will because it takes an adult to gamble in civilised countries and an adult knows what they want for themselves

Honestly speaking, even with no shared big winning experience, I have lots of friends who got involved in gambling because they saw me doing that. It's not that technically I'm the reason but maybe they become curious because of the joy I'm expressing every time a winning story is shared regardless of how much it is.

Even if I want to, I like to allow them to make the final decision on their own based on what they think.

I will give pointers but not to the point I will try to influence their decision.

I’ve never won any amount that was worthy of bragging about. I mostly make small bets for the entertainment factor. I couldn’t imagine anyone entering the gambling space because they heard I won a few dollars on a parlay. I could make the argument that longtime Bitcoin holders have lured others into investing in shitcoins as a way to try and make large returns gambling in the crypto space.

Underestimate- nothing
A lot of people believe in analyzing using stats e.t.c. but even with that people still lose. However, after a certain number of wins it becomes a driving force for you in gambling, so most people are driven by different stories depending on the individual. Winning in gambling is mindset and luck most wins are not expected. Is always sweet when you win.

I didn't lure someone but rather I’m the one being lured to play gambling after watching my favourite streamer try to play slot and hit hug multiplier as beginners luck. I’m not a regular slot player but I become interested to try it without any further knowledge about just because I knew that the streamer I’m watching win big time so I assume that I can do the same but the result is way different and I decided to stop playing after losing a significant of money chasing that huge win.  Cheesy
This is why I never bothered to watch those streamers, many of them were not even gambling with their own money and instead they were gambling with the money the casino gave to them, so it is obvious that it was easier for them to get huge wins as they did not have to care about losing their money like the average gambler has to do, so I consider what they were doing as a form of false advertising, which is why the majority that tries to replicate their success ends up failing.

You don't say.

Even if you say nothing the human nature in them will automatically make them lured to at least curious on how they could also doing the same thing and then some of them give it a try for the sake of looking for a luck but most of them ended in trouble , get addicted unfortunately.

I have been responsible many years ago for two people huge success, they were already gamblers but they were losing big money in sport betting.I predicted to each of them in two different cases correct results with really big odds, more than x42 odds.To the first one I predicted many games correctly and at that time usually there were a game from Scotland,a game from Netherlands and a game from Finland and Germany 2 or 3,it was on a Monday.

To the other one I predicted more than 7 games from all English lower divisions on a weekend and he also made a lot of money,of course I am no expert and have quit sport betting from a long time but this post made me recall the good feelings that I had at the time.
