Many times I'll leave the tab open all day so it will show that I'm online all day every day. ...

The forum software shows you as "away" unless you refresh that tab ~10 mins, Matt Smiley

Havelock is re-open and all funds are in tact. Was wondering when we are going to get our back pay of dividends? Thank you.

And where is TwentySeventy to let us know when we are getting dividends? Well he was online after I posted this, but now he is offline...go figure?Huh?

Havelock literally came up at the end of the workday and I went out to a business dinner right after that. Getting home now and catching up; logged in to see that all prescheduled dividends were paid.

Many times I'll leave the tab open all day so it will show that I'm online all day every day.

Havelock has advised that all works as it should besides trades and withdrawals for the moment (obviously). So, I'll go ahead and calculate all back dividends tomorrow and will issue a big lump sum dividend tomorrow; it may not be at noon like normal depending on my workload tomorrow. This assumes that the dividends script works as promised; will post updates tomorrow.

Great work and looking forward to the dividend. Thanks for the update

Sir twentyseventy please explain if i understand well this part :

,,All Fund Held In Escrow by Havelock
Havelock Investments will hold all funds in escrow. The Manager CANNOT withdraw funds from the Manager account to an external BTC address, nor should he need to in any case, except for closure of the Exchange.''

I understand in case of closure of exchange in this case Havelock if will hapend and we hope will not,you must be able to manage BDD funds and even you can,if shareholders agree by voting to move operation to another platform with all funds.
I think was normal from the begining funds to be operated only with your agreement like Manager of fund and Havelock agreement both same time and never just by one part.
Thank you.
BR.

I believe that there are two main scenarios here:
1. Havelock reopens and all funds are intact
2. Havelock closes and all funds are gone into the ether (less likely in my opinion)

I believe that Havelock closing but redeeming all deposits is extremely unlikely. It's most likely going to be one of the other scenarios above. If if does come down to this last scenario, I will happily look for alternate exchanges or platforms that will accommodate BDD.

Ever thought of a multi signature wallet this will also prevent Havelock from ripping off the funds, or a multi sig wallet with a third party escrow that will also stop the risk, also asking Havelock for a daily data base shot of current investors with matching emails. This way if this happens again you could look at another platform

^He had like a week and a half to relax, he's prob'ly all rested up and full of energy.  Anyhow, Havelock just promised a few more days of enforced relaxation, so your advice's sorta moot.  Smiley

All I want to know is if I will get my dividends back paid. Also is this a scam if so please just say so. That way we can all move on with another loss from another scam site. This is getting beyond a joke. Only 1 or 2 sites left that I would trust now

Yes, back dividends will definitely be paid if/when the site is back up. I have no reason to believe that it won't come back up, but there are no guarantees in life. I've been in contact with Havelock via email and they've reiterated what's been said here by them.

Once full access is reenabled, I'll just need to go in and verify that the already scheduled dividends, which seem to have gone out, were already actually paid out. At that time, I'll do a lump-dividend for the interim dates that weren't pre-scheduled and everything will be back on track.

I'm waiting for the site to get back up like everyone else. It's been said before, but it bears repeating: Havelock holds all funds in escrow for BDD, so BDD lives and dies along with Havelock. I organized it this way because of the way that DMS ended up - with Deprived disappearing with the funds in his custody; I wanted to offer what I considered decreased counter-party risk and also not have to be responsible for securing between 100 and 1000 BTC.

Everything with BDD is above-board, I'm just waiting to get back on and get everything going again. I'm losing money each day that the site is down as well.

Which ones?
The only 2 I now trust are hashnest owned by on of the 2 large manufactures bitmain, and the guys at get hashing, both are transparent and have proof of mining or in the get hashing case (sold out at the moment) proof of other income.

Lol @ trusting gethashing. What a joke that scheme is.

All it is is a group of anonymous/unqualified people (who were just scammed by JG) reselling Bitmain cloudmining to the uninformed with a ~30% markup on upfront cost and maintenence fees.

I was going to ask the same question!! This looks really bad for the bitcoin world: this level of - at best, incompetence, or at worst, outright deceit and theft.

The sad thing is that I genuinely believe that there are opportunities for people to build real value businesses in this sphere. Just seems that the short term 'cut and run' guys are getting in first.

Is this going to be up and running tomorrow?  15 years of IT experience says its unlikely.
