Sorry for what happened to you, but twentyseventy has no control over the trading of b.mine.
You sold your shares to the best bid at that time.
danrachita, ujka is completely correct in this situation. I set the price of EXCH but MINE and SELL are completely driven by the market - there is no set price for either, only what the buyers and sellers want to make of it.
So, if you sell your MINE or SELL shares into the market, BDD and I as its manager have absolutely no control over that. You're not entitled to anything more than what you buy or sell your shares for on the market. Havelock clearly cleared the orderbook so there were no bids besides that one.
That being said I, myself, with my personal Havelock account, was the one who bought the shares. I bought them with my personal BTC and not BDD's. BDD funds only exist in the BDD account to be paid out as dividends and for redemptions.
With all the recent craziness over the past weeks I foresaw the possibility of a big selloff (not just among BDD shares, but across the board because of the exchange's recent outage).
You're very lucky that I was the one who purchased them; if it was someone else you would be completely out of luck. What I cannot do is simply pay you the difference between what you think the shares are worth and what you sold them for. What I can do is return the shares to you in exchange for the BTC that I paid you.
For the record, I'm under no obligation to do this. This is a one time exception that won't be made again for another user.
I'll PM you with the details in just a minute.
Thank you Sir.
You are really a good person.
