interested investor with a few questions:

do you have a legal license to run an online gambling casino from HK, Ireland, or panama? If no, do you have any plans for such?

what contingencies do you have if there is a domain seizure notice placed on casinobitco.in in the event that it is determined that you are operating illegally out of any of those 3 countries

How do you plan on communicating with your users + investors if such a event were to occur?

Are you prepared to halt service to certain countries as the legal environment clears?

did you consider any of the scenarios or issues ive bought up when you priced your IPO?

are you audited by a gaming commission to ensure that your games are fair and the funds you claim to represent are real?

Just to clarify - I probably missed this.

What was the disposition of the 27,000,000 units specified as 'privately held' in the prospectus?

Is this new offering diluting of the original 30M issued units - or were some of those unsold 27M shares issued into the treasury - if so, how many?

Basically - is 1 unit sold in the current offering still equal to 1/30,000,000 of the profits of the company? If so, this would be additive so long as it produced any revenue at all... if not, why not and what is the new number of total issued units?

Good question, and we should have clarified - no dilution whatsoever, the founders (myself and other silent partners) are giving up equity to make this acquisition happen by releasing more units to the public (float). 1 unit still represents 1/30,000,000 of CasinoBitcoin.

Thanks for the support so far, we've sold over 54% of the offering in just 9 hours!

We're very excited not only to be approached by a respected competitor asking us to acquire them, but also fortunate to have the support of our unit holders helping us raise these funds.

We will be very happy to share details as we complete negotiations with this firm!

1.59 mm of 2.157 mm shares remaining.
Thanks for your support so far!

As a reminder, all funds of this raise will be directly used for a revenue-generating acquisition that should be completed soon - resulting in more dividends for investors!

This will be disclosed as soon as possible - however, negotiations and the transition may take time. We will be sure to keep everyone updated through the process.

@Nuc:

We must keep this confidential as part of the deal. However, it could be transitioned very quickly.

Immediate upside for investors is this would have a significant impact on our operational numbers for the upcoming periods - ideally, for the better!

OFFICIAL UPDATE: DEC 18th, 2013

CasinoBitco.in has recently been presented the opportunity for a very exciting acquisition in the Bitcoin gambling space. This move would consolidate two powerful brands, add large player base and significant operating income (the organization in question has profited over 800 btc in total over the past several months, and continues to do well despite the rise in BTC/USD value), as well as provide CasinoBitco.in with an addition of a large number of key features (including lots of new games and community-based functions!).

The potential acquisition in question would add additional P&L and operating entities under the CBTC asset and management team. Unchanged would be our current commitment to growth and development of CasinoBitco.in itself. The advantage to both organizations involved is to leverage combined operational, marketing, and development efforts in a largely fragmented space.

We apologize for the short notice of this announcement – but we must move relatively fast to take advantage of this opportunity. With our strong recent results and the launch of our brand-new HTML5 Roulette, we find this to be the most appropriate time to release our remaining Units through HavelockInvestments.com.

We'll be raising 258.91128 BTC by offering 2,157,594 units at the current market rate of .00012. Open trading will be halted, and this offering will commence on Thursday at 12 pm EST. Any questions or inquiries are encouraged to be sent to [email protected].

We're very excited about the opportunity and partnership this move & what the new year, 2014, may bring!

Happy Holidays, and thanks as always to our Havelock Investors.

What is the other brand with which you are planning to merge? When will the merger officially take place?

I've bought some shares. Here is some constructive criticism for the people in charge.

You need to get higher on google results. A search for "casino bitcoin" and you are second. You should be first. A search for bitcoin casino and you are ninth or so. You should be higher.

Also, in regards to the site design, I think it could slightly better. For some reason, I feel like it should be darker themed. I have no idea why I feel that way. It has a decent, functional layout, though.

Do you have any security options with the site at all? Maybe email withdrawal verification or SMS 2FA. Not everybody will use it, but it may make some people more inclined to use your site if you make it available.

Just my two cents.

Regarding SEO - we were doing pretty well, reaching #2 for "Bitcoin Casino" in some territories on google leading up to our DDOS attack which brought down our main site (www.casinobitco.in) as well as our blog (www.gambleonlinewithbitcoin.com). Our blog was down for quite some time, and just brought back online last night. Now that our blog is back online, we believe we'll recover our rank in a few weeks time, and have other (legal) strategies in place to help us continue to climb the very lucrative SEO ladder.

Looks ok but not overly impressed with the animation... You need some easing functions in there.

We will continue to tweak the animation routine, but feel very happy with how it looks and functions in modern browsers like Chrome or Safari. As we are only using HTML5 technology and not Flash or Silverlight, this type of animation is actually quite impressive!

Agreed, Nuclear.
We're focusing on some other new site features, but are also working on some new content and landings that should help SEO.

Also in play are revisions to the site layout for the next few weeks, as well as 2FA, etc.

Agreed these items are needed as soon as we add a few other features first.

Stay tuned today for a feature announcement today, and the mid-Month report will be published sometime during the next 48 hours.
