After having achieved literally NOTHING that is on their published roadmap they are now on holiday beacuse of the "crypto-downtrend"... Yeah why would you work on the things you have promised to be released a year ago and why would you work now and when the "uptrend" comes back you have something to present instead of having the usual bullshit announcement that "big things will come". You have to be so very desperate or be a complete retard to actually think this horseshit-coin will go anywhere. Consider yourself lucky if you can still sell and get anything. There will be no reason this "coin" will go up any time in the future. No half way sane person would think that these 3rd degree brain burn victims will deliver anything substantial or anything revolutionary in the future. They worked half a year on a mobile client for their shitcoin and in the end just said they have other priorities. Do you see the since over a year promised speed test? I certainly don't! NOTHING substantial they have promised was actually released! Why is it not open source yet as they have promised to open source it "short after release"? Because it would reveal how hard they have fucked you over by developing NOTHING they promised! These phony cryptoclowns fucked you over from the very beginning and all they do is damage control so that they don't end up in jail where these fuckers would belong. Always remember, while they have ripped you off and you have lost everything these fuckers drown in your cash by now. They have nice salaries by now, all paid by your money.

BEWARE SCAMMERS ACTIVE..

FAKE WALLET REPLICA FOUND ONLINE.

Scammers have created at least one fake replica of the https://heatwallet.com site.
The replica consists of just one page in which you are supposed to enter your secret phrase, by doing that the scammers will be able to empty your funds.

How to protect yourself.

1. Only one online wallet exists which is available at https://heatwallet.com any other address is not the HEAT web wallet.
2. Use the desktop app for enhanced security, find the full wallet here https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatwallet/releases or get the light version here https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heat-ui/releases

Always make sure the address is https://heatwallet.com

This is what the real site looks like.

This is a screenshot of the replica created by the scammers.

Please don't share the address of the scammer site if you run into it.
Also watch out not to visit the site which could potentially reveal your identity to the scammers or possibly infect your computer with malware.

A safe way to visit such a site for research purposes would be to use an online proxy such as https://www.hidemyass.com/en-eu/proxy

Without at least semi automated withdrawals this isn't a working dex so I think that they first need to sort that out, then there is the problem of liquidity, users and probably more...

this is the first non-scam project that obliterated my investment competely (-95% in BTC terms)  Grin fuck this I am even running a node. I don't care. Just can you make the world know that this is a DEX and it exists? It's the most undervalued DEX right now. DEX projects with mockups only start with $30M valuation.

What about the share issuance that was planned for february last year?
Share issuance timing has been changed many times. As you may know, regulatory environment regarding tokenized shares changed dramatically about 7 months ago and changes are ongoing.  Heat Ledger Ltd is working on the legal infrastructure to be able to operate as the facilitator of tokenized shares, starting by issuing its own company shares.

More here, although outdated already on many parts: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iS9LxsrWxDdZiYW0FbAHhYnd9ozVpP3Fz7Q-dP7ChcM/edit

Yippii finally another collection of money! I suppose you get value into what ur doing before you issue shares of your own company lol

What about the rest of the community? Do you still believe in the project? Because if not, we should start thinking about liquidating its assets, that, argumenting from the perspective of the whitepaper, belong to us.

More and more ewery day. This site is almost dead becose that 1 mentally sick person.. Discord is active ewery day.  I personally think Svante is making wery good desicion not pushing announcments in bear market.

Discord update:

Hi guys. @jww is still with us with somewhat less weight than before. In addition to setting up a few nice social media awareness camapaigns and  participating in the branding program whose results are being slowly deployed into our corporate strategy, he keeps weekly providing useful awareness increase opportunities in the blockchain business sector. We keep on sourcing marketing partners, one of them is a B2B sales team we met in Sofia, which we'll likely use to gain a few more EU partner leads after settling the currently active ones. Techwise, daily effort is being put into the benchmarking which has grown to be quite a feature rich gamifying platform - almost a new cryptocurrency system by itself. Additionally I'm writing the White Paper tech part and implementation details for a sizable ICO partner, and Theo has completed the web app design for the licensed EUR transmitter the whole setup of which is slowly approaching launch date. BTC wallet module work for heatwallet has been finished, awaiting final build and integration. Work on mobile wallet beta has been stopped weeks ago, release pending. We're not wasting releases in the slow bear market of the summer, possibly not until August.
Slower participation here also means me and Dennis are seizing the global crypto downmarket opportunity to take it easier now that part of the core team (Eero and Alexey) are on summer vacation. Not ashamed to admit we're not only experienced business operators but humans only, and know when we need time off to maintain and replenish productivity. Sometimes even more than a single day at a time   This is especially relevant in the light of the constant negative bombardment HEAT has been taking on since  shortly after our ICO nearly two years ago. Crypto business is exceptional and peculiar in many ways, a number of them massively positive like the vast profitability opportunity. Unfortunately, also the worst sides of human behavior manifest here. Persistence, patience, resiliency and mental maturity are truly required to keep the balance, pull off, and accompany the highest of successes. Most authors, and especially most observers do fall before the fruits are ripe.

We'd like to use this calm moment to thank you the HEAT community for continuing to follow us, holding up the spirit, and supplying the positive energy required to perform our best. In the end, the rewards await the brave ones like you. THANK YOU!

Does the HEAT token have any purpose, i.e. BNB coin maybe?
It definitely does. All tx fees on HEAT p2p network are paid in HEAT token. This means fees for current and future services on the public HEAT network, such as:

- Fund transfers
- Asset transfers
- Asset creation and other operations such as whitelisting a market
- Messaging fees
- Forging stake contribution
- Microservice fees
- Partnership service fees from contracted companies

Simply, the HEAT token is the blood of the decentralized service network called HEAT, which is still in its infancy regarding commercial, high volume service offerings. Humming along soon 18 months, proper and fit for the proliferation of incoming decentralized services.

anybody knows if they(heat) plan to opensource it ever, if yes, any idea when is that going to happen?
Still plans to be open sourced highly likely. At a time when it offers competitive advantage for HEAT (instead of competitors only, as would be the case now) or when it makes no difference.

You and Dennis I presume, but who is the third core team member? I haven't heard you mentioning him before.

Short update about the Bulgaria conference: It was surprisingly dynamic atmosphere with notable difference to more events in the western EU. Finally it feels the demand for blockchain software, as well as the investment interest on the more mainstream participants is becoming evident. The customers take initiative in sourcing usable custom solutions (which aren't numerous on the market) instead of the blockchain companies needing to bend over in all the ways to get some prospects going. We got a few nice, big leads that can be built on, and quite a bit of exposure from the nicely positioned booth. More importantly the short trip was a nice bonding event and cohesion building opportunity for the 3 core team members in HL offices, it's good to continue from here to focus on the pending releases and closure of the second fiscal year.  Smiley

Heat Ledger was pre-selected in the qualification procedure. From what I know the bulk of startup companies applying actually didn't get in.

Yes. Highly likely in 2018, 60% chances during the 1st half.

Hey @Eliphaz Fimk,
we are in 2nd half of 2018, is there any update for going open sourced? and any marketing and adoption plans?

Sorry for my n00b questions, but why is an ethereum wallet so special? There are a few of them out there already... And a BTC wallet isnt that fancy either, i mean there are BTC wallets..

Does the HEAT token have any purpose, i.e. BNB coin maybe?

Why pay when they can get listed for free on Binance or OkEx? They would just need to get their community to vote for them at the monthly votes Smiley

OK, guys, just letting you know that since APRIL new users are unable to register at your Discor channel.
I remember trying to register there in April and it was not working and just checked again and it is still not working.
Based on this thread itself the project looks not active but this recent dev post got me thinking that perhaps it is not abandoned.
If Discord is not active too that's OK, just let me know, but I thought that perhaps the community is hiding somewhere far whatever reason.
I wanted to ask simple question in April and give you suggestion - why don't you just pay one of the exchanges to get listed? HitBTC takes about 20 BTC per listing.
I know this is a lot and you are trying to become an exchange too, but still that would give you much more visibility.
Also 20 BTC might seem like a lot but presumably there is some document from tax registry that shows that devs are paying 2 BTC per month salary (can someone confirm or deny it by posting the PRECISE LINK to that info?), so that is not much compared to the salaries. Get listed somewhere guys.

devs are paying 2 BTC per month salary
Not true. Full time C-level staff of Heat Ledger Ltd are paid in EUR a compensation at the current rates below < 1 BTC net monthly, which is still below industry standard.
