This is true. A lot of people believe that the rising of ETH 2.0 can cause the pumps of altcoins in the market. I'm holding mostly ETH in my wallet because I hope that ETH 2.0 will create a big pump for ETH also a bullish season for altcoins. I have never lost my faith in altcoins. The reason is that I don't have the habit of investing in an altcoin that doesn't have a lot of credits and potential. I only invest in trustworthy and potential altcoin!

the current pump in altcoin prices is not reasonable. I don't understand why we are seeing such a bull market right now. sure now is the best time to sell. soon we will see movement down again
Quite right, risks always exist in this market, even if they are the best and leading altcoins in the market. If they buy at the wrong time, I believe they will lose money with it, the same way they bought altcoins in 2017 and 2018.
Indeed, thats why timing is important when you're planning to buy crypto. But sometimes people are getting interested only when the market is pumping, they are engaging themselves at a wrong time to follow the hype, though we know this kind of situation is temporary because the market can turns up and down. The time will come we're going to see another alt season again, we just need to have lots of patience because there's no time frame on when it will going to happen.

For your question in #1 there a lot of platform now a days that we can use the cryptocurrency as payment,specially now that the situation of pandemic it really useful.Second I preferred to use bitcoin as paymet but of course it depends to the platform what they preffer coin as payment.Third i think its great to buy before as we can see that some altcoin is pumping. This time I haven't much faith upon the altcoins because of the very irregularities in the ICO and the bounty for promotion they are offering. Earlier, in the ICO I have also made some investment. But now their value is not even a dollar. The Bunny token, here I invested more than $500 but you cant imagine the value of this overall investment now is mere $1. So, the faith come to the altcoins. So, I only work for bounty for the free coin. If I get reward then happy if not get then I feel that I had nothing to lost.

I have total confidence in altcoins. Think about this; what is the essence of cryptocurrencies without the altcoins. A good number of these altcoins have established themselves and have become force to reckon with. I will definitely use cryptocurrency as means of payment if the time comes. In picking any coin as means of payment, I do consider transaction fee, speed and security.

It has been showing with the growth of altcoins that happened in this month. so many coins have been touching the new ATH and it looks like bitcoin has already started to show the impact from the lot of newcomers that join in the crypto right now. I personally still believe in some altcoins which in my opinion are still worthy of being in the crypto world.

The truth remains that most altcoins have blatantly failed and more will still fail in future, so making thorough analysis before choosing altcoins cannot be over emphasized. Some altcoins aside ETH, like LINK have proven to be worth holding. When the team keeps up with development to even compete with mainstream counterparts, then obviously the altcoin project is good to go. Presently I have confidence in BNB, ANKR, and a few others mainly based on development so far, this doesn't mean their prices will boom or not, just personal opinion.

I still have confidence to purchas altcoins but I make sure that the altcoin that I will buy is not part of those shitcoins. My goal is to protect my capital and to multiply it so I allocate a lot of time in studying the price movement and the background of a certain altcoin before I put money on there. I do not also put 100% of my money in just 1 altcoin because it is too risky and that is why I diversify my money when I do investing and trading.
I've only made few hundreds of dollars from Bitcoin but the best gains came from altcoins so yes I have better confidence on altcoins for good return of investment than Bitcoin but Bitcoin is a lot safer but still no risk no reward they say
