Out of curiosity, is your deposit particularly large? I seem to remember it was 3-figures, which should be insignificant enough that he can at least meet an agreed payment schedule...

I would consider this a default. I read it and Pirate said monday you would get your bitcoins and the interest for the current week.

pirate supposedly has never missed a payment....so this should be no different....if he misses this one...by his own words he would have bitlane paid on Monday (today) plus interest. I would consider this a default.
Oh my, Pirateat40 promised you Monday and now he is getting antagonistic when missing his own deadline. Not sure why he'd stall on a moderate payout. Perhaps he's still arranging how to play things with his inner circle. I take it you weren't part of Pirate's Vegascrew?
