Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? I know it's all down to the success of the project but is this still achievable? How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?
Until right now, only Robotina. The other bounty project i dont know, they are all gone. and it make me scare to join another bounty. But because this pandemic, i started again, and hope the best for bounty that im joining

We need to remember that the bounties will be rewarding, only if the project is a success. And here is the problem. There is a limited scope for new projects right now. The market sentiment is that there are too many projects active right now and the available space is quite limited. When the market is moving towards consolidation, it will be too much to expect the new projects to succeed and give good rewards.
It is interesting to think about how many high value projects we have received and successfully completed after 2018 and 2019 years. If such a project is to be mentioned then I would say, very few! True, this year many projects have begun to be tried even though the allocations are small, but they deserve to be promoted, the point is we also have to assess all projects with our own analysis and not rely on others.nan bounties are pretty much dead for the foreseeable future. The average person is not buying new projects IEO tokens coins since 2017. So if nobody buying into new projects then even if a project is doing a bounty it won't be worth anything.
there are some chances that after current halving there would be more newcomers on crypto market offering some quality bounties. but at this particular moment there are almost none quality bounties afaik

it all depends on the team behind the project. most projects make late payment and they paid huge rewards. currently it is difficult for bounty projects to make such payment to hunters . it all depends on how much that was raised during marketing. most choose to cut payment after low funding. one thing to know is this is a manipulative way used by the campaign managers to attract hunters but failed to pay at the end.
the team cannot influence the results provided by the bounty campaign because at the moment there are only a few that hold a bounty campaign and if there is one that organizes it then they will only give a very small allocation, the bounty campaign cannot guarantee income anymore.

That's too high I doubt if there are bounty hunters who earned that huge bounty, the most I earned in the signature campaign was $2500 that was 2018, the next year the bounty rewards are lowered or many projects are useless or cannot generate support from investors.

Depending on the project, tokens that have recently appeared on the market may be damaged due to market conditions.
but if listing on a large exchange, such as binance, gets extra value.
Some of the rewards I see right now never offer more than $ 100,000 as a gift, and that makes sense.

Yes, and that was deliberately done by the project because they were afraid of a price dump on their tokens in the market, and this did look strange to everyone's view, because they had to wait for a long time to enjoy the full reward.
I agree with you, for a long time, no big budget bounty is noticed. The wait will come again and the coin market will rise again. Go for high quality bounties and get knowledge about the ongoing situation . We need to wait a bit longer to see it, never lose hope in this market because everything are just the beginning for the better / bitter experience .Thanks for your post .

In fact, if the market is not good then nothing is right. The global economy is shaking due to the epidemic that has spread since December last year. I see that you wear Relictum Pro signature, they allocated 300k USD for a bounty campaign, but what is the real value of the tokens? Nobody knows and that is the problem. You will see it after the end of campaign and after listing on first exchange.

I don't think it's possible anymore, we are on a different scenario now, in fact some bounties are paying pennies like $50 worth of their token every week of the campaign, and there's no guaranty that it's really $50 worth when the market will decide it, I experienced that before all I thought I got $200 I end up getting $30 because that's the true worth of their token.
