Earning big rewards ain't possible anymore unless you join a bounty campaign that has extremely low participants and high rewards which I don't think it's possible because we have loads of bounty hunters in this forum today
350k from a single bounty today is way too much, even if the bounty project lists on Binance exchange they won't dare give away such huge money just for promotion, I still see few projects offering 1 to 3million dollars, if you join such project just be ready for huge dump
Of course the risk of a dump is huge if there is too much allocation for bounties, but it also becomes a dream for bounty hunters to get bounty programs with big rewards.
I think it's possible if you intend to hold your earning from bounties. What most hunters do is sell their earning right after it came into the market. They do not have the time to hold that coin and wait for their success. It's not possible that a project will be worth 100$ right after it came into the market. Every project needs time and development to achieve their success.

What happened in 2017 is never going to repeat again, if that is what you are asking. Back then, there were bounties that gave rewards of up to $3,000 for each of the participants. But those days are long gone. Nowadays, you can consider yourself lucky even if you get a payment of $5 after toiling for three months. There are too few campaigns and too many bounty hunters.
Is high rewards like 350,000$ for bounty hunters still possible this days? I know it's all down to the success of the project but is this still achievable? How many successful projects with such reward paid hunters since 2018 that you know?
Those days are Gone already mate and there is nothing such 6 digits income from bounty hunting even you are a cheater like what many does here in forum for long time(because until now there are still cheaters that using multiple accounts) like this one

many of that accounts making money here in joining signature campaigns but even he gather all the income,that is not enough to cover that $350,000.
And seriously do you know some one who earn that amount from bounty?it seems very impossible that a company willing to pay that amount in single hunter?
please provide some links if this is really happen in the past but i doubt it mate.
i doubt if there was any bounty that can pay a single hunter such amount. even in the days when hunting was profitable. to earn over 300,000usd must be collective from different bounties. with hard work and dedication, you can still earn good money on bounties. you need to do your research and work effectively to earn more. bounties like certesi,IPX, hubris and co has paid well this year.

I think so, I was thinking that it was depends on the CEO of a project if they will be given the huge amount but for this time they are basing on the current market situation also the investor is having a doubt if they are going to invest on not existing platform or the investor invest if they run an IEO on the top exchange.I guess nowadays it's hard to find a bounty that is giving a high reward and will be successful at the same time.
We got used to maybe in the past, but we are in different situation now, most of the IEO are still struggling to collect their target amount so the more they will struggle when it's already listed in exchange, based on what I notice, only few IEO projects are successfully selling higher than their original price and most of them are from IEO listed in Binance.

Of course it's possible, but the chances are very small. Bounty campaign is currently full of drama, but it does not dampen my intention to join, isn't cryptocurrency full of surprises? In fact, there are many stories, where the project was originally predicted to be a scam, but the price of the token could increase many times over after some time. I realize, we cannot rely on luck alone, it must be balanced with effort and hard work.I think we should move with the trend, presently you can hardly find such reward pool, what most bounty hunters are looking out for now is to find a real project that will pay bounty hunters,and not those with very high reward and at the end it turns out to be scam, but again in cryptocurrency ,never say never because one could still find such reward pool.
This is the only way we can adapt to the current bounty trend. Realizing that expectations often don't materialize. Prepare to face the worst risks and don't expect too much. Do it with pleasure

As I am in this for some time I am feeling right now its not possible even small rewards also have no worth completely lost of time and energy so better try to use your time in better way and have some good skills which help you for better future and good earning.

Since at fake project offer for high reward bounty allocation, because usually it's not possible at this time. However, high reward bounty was successful before almost two more years ago so we can't dream now. Therefore, a good project announced small reward for the bounty hunter even there target audience up coins price.
In all cases, this is not the maximum amount paid for the bounty. However, I have recently acquired a large amount of equipment on a project, for reasons I do not want to mention the name of the bounty. All I can say is that the number of masculine organizations on the basis of quantity is much less than before.
I can't see bounties with such high reward again for now, many of the project that promises such high amount end up collapsing. It's even very difficult now to see fulfilling projects.most however end up disappointing their participants after all contributed efforts and sincerely it's so discouraging. I'm sure the traders will also find it hard at this time because we all work together.
Almost impossible for bounties now to have reward up to $350,000. If you find a bounty that have high reward, they are much likely only scam.

High rewards still possible in bounties if you follow some steps like you need to do blog/article bounty. because a few people do it and in this way, you can get a high stake. social media bounties are very cheap because a lot of people join those bounties. So you can write blog posts or make youtube videos as a bounty hunter and in this way you can get a high stake also you can be a youtube. from youtube, you can also get money after a few months or a year but for this, you need a lot of subscribers.
That will only be in terms of tokens amount but not valuation. What is the point of having thousands and thousands of tokens if they are worth nothing? What you are saying is also correct that with no. of participants being low and prize pool being high, participants can get good amount of tokens but if it is worth nothing in value in market then all you work has gone in vain. Its gonna really hurt when you watch back and realize the amount of time and hardwork all gone in vain.
There we also realize that if we do not work hard in the bounty, we will not get anything but patience must be there because someday high rewards will surely be found.

It's correct in mostly bounty campaigns article and videos categories a little bit special also high rewards allocation compared others social pool. Now a huge people's are joining in videos/article even sometimes more than twitter and facebook participants. Whatever there you can make a little bit high, subscribers dosen't matter if you will provide quality content and will get pretty good result. 
Maybe it is possible. Not really that quite common but possible. If a project is doing bounty and giving away a lot of money that means the company is not doing well. If they do not give a lot of bounty that means the price has to increase a lot so that you earn money. Which is really not all that possible anymore with these projects, if you are not giving bounties too much, that means people will not really work hard anymore, since they will not get a lot why would they work hard.
So the dilemma is, if you give away a lot bounty the project will probably fail, if they do not give a lot then people will not work. So, there is a very very slim chance that high rewards is still possible, but it is quite small and quite improbably, hence I do not really see it.

But it needs to be convinced that a management in the company must have thought of this, and what should be noticed is "whether they think of their workers or not, especially to campaign participants?"
