anyone can tell how much percents in POS? how much time is needed for generate POS?

I hope I understand the question correctly. I think you are asking if after your first PoS reward (30 days holding in your wallet) if you will have to send to another wallet so you earn PoS again after 30 days, correct?
You do not need to send to another wallet. Just leave in the same wallet and PoS rewards will continue.
