Does anybody know why the SmartCash wallet has been disabled on HitBTC and is there any news (which I can't find) on when the wallet will be open again - the price of SmartCash has just rocketed 6 fold in the past few days.
All my deposit and withdraw problems was solved successful. But token prices in this time dropped down and I lost my money.
It is now almost 13 hours since my withdrawal. No transaction hash, no response from support ticket. They charged me $140 withdrawal fee for this garbage service???
I just made this account specifically to post about my bad experience with HitBTC. With such high volume, I expected the exchange to be much better than this. Constant error screens, VERY SLOW withdrawal (still pending with no transaction hash 8.5 hours later), no live support, and they charged me a $140 withdrawal fee (Yes, one-hundred and forty USD)!!!!!!

There are many withdrawal fees that are outrageous. Convert to a cheaper coin first.

Maybe you try to refresh that account page few times because recently some of my coins also was missing from my account. I also raised tickets but no reply from support. Someone suggested me to refresh the page until I see my balance in my account and I did few times then my coins appeared on my account balance. Since your transaction is confirmed already so you can also try and check this method.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Transfers from balance to trading accounts are producing errors; if this is not fixed within 15 minutes we must talk.
Anybody had their MAID withdrawal go through in the recent days or are they all stuck?
Why can I not transfer from Balance to Trading account or vice versca? This is a HUGE problem and support has yet to reply back to me and/or fix. As of now, my funds are sitting with you like a bank yet you are an exchange. Please fix ASAP!

hitbtc is turning into shit. Damn was good enough never using this shit, decent withdrawal fees and continue ignore complaint against their service. Very poor like now, and ready to vanish.
They did not process my xem withdrawal from 19 december!!!!!!! First they cancelled my withdrawal, then after I've placed a new one a few days ago they gave me the wrong TXID!! Now they cancelled my withdrawal again! And support dont answer! SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!

I have a question if anyone can please answer. If I place a limit order on HitBTC BTC/ETH or BTC/any other pair and it executes after delays (several hours lets say) when the price of Bitcoin goes down, does the order execute at the price BTC was or the lower price? I am wondering you could lose out placing limit orders with BTC now as its so wildly volatile.

I recently opened an account on HitBTC. Everything went smoothly and quickly, only a couple of small issues so far after 3 weeks (still early days so fingers crossed). And sometimes balances are wrong which can be scary. So I log off and on or have to click the account tab and back again, can be annoying. I convert everything to Litecoins and its cheap and quick to deposit/withdraw. I sent Ether once and it took 1 day! so never again until fixed. I don't like their message wall much but not tried others. Too many nutcases on there, even after constant bans. I also use binance and I think I prefer HitBTC, dont really know why, maybe im used to it.
Lately the site has been performing a lot worse, it's gotten really slow and balances don't display. They should either put a new user stop or upgrade their servers imo.
