Wanted to deposit some CND coins.
I've seen DEPOSIT fee it's 500+ coins.
after a bit of calculations, it's something like $140 to deposit.
THAT'S RIDICOLOUS!!!
How can this be acceptable? this exchange will die soon.

I have mentioned a couple of times on thread already about missing coins what we need to do based on my personal experience. I too faced this issue and what I did it just refreshes your account page few times until you see your coins. Sometimes your coins will appear after couple time but sometimes it may take longer. Follow this method and try your luck.
You have some coins on your site with no development happening.Why don't you add Bitcoinplus who are actively developing their coin?

Completely on that page. It's becoming ridiculously expensive to deposit and withdraw, which in turn also can take a while.
Rumours are that HitBTC were to be listing Electronium (ETN), at first I was excited but then thought, "HitBTC ?" nah, think I'll give it a miss.
Any confirmations on this rumour, HitBTC listing announcement page has no nesw about it.

What coin you deposited there and have you try to contact them through support email? I'm not really often to use this exchange, only use it few times only to sell some coins that I bought from ICO. I had maybe similar issue with you when my deposit is not showing up after the transaction have many confirmations. I need to wait for few days to see my deposit, I think there was an issue with the deposit system.
They are getting huge money on the trading fees alone, now there are deposit fees too (this is the first time I am seeing something like this) and these fools still cannot do anything properly. I have paid the $50 (!!) fee just to make a deposit, and now I am supposed to email them and kindly ask to transfer my funds into the exchange wallet which are missing for 3 days already. Some others are waiting for more than a week. We need a decentralised solution ASAP, they see that the demand for exchanges is huge but the supply with is low and this is why they are robbing everyone while they can. If you want to make a deposit on any exchange - make sure you check their twitter and bitcointalk topic for recent complaints, don't be an idiot like me.

TRX transaction take just 10 minutes (30 block confirmation). But i have 6235 block confirmation and I have nothing on my TRX balance. Also My TRX wallet address was changed by someone two times after I sent my TRX. It's a F***in SCAM Crypto exchange.
See their forum, very lots of problem with TRX deposits .... And we pay 630 trx for that ...

I think you will be fine, but it can take a really long time sometimes.

Many people are facing similar issues on this hitbtc exchange. You try to refresh your account page few times continuously then you may see your coins in your account. Last month I too had a similar issue but solved with that issue by refreshing the page few times. You can try your luck also while waiting for their support team to reply your ticket.

This locking and blocking of coins, accounts, funds etc are reaching epidemic proportions. For as long as deposits keep pouring into their hot wallets, they will continue doing this. The solution is to stop the inbound flow of coins until it trickles down to almost nothing. When they notice that, they will start to listen and maybe even find the time to read your volumes of unresolved tickets.
So you knew they have all these customers with open tickets and yet you still made that deposit. Join the club. You now need to add one new ticket to their big pile of mostly unread tickets.... and wait. Why continue sending coins to an exchange with a notoriously poor support system, one with a very blemished reputation here and elsewhere, and a less than stellar credibility?
Why none is working automatically? Why r u making customers to create tickets and wait for long? FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

Charging for outbound transactions makes sense but paying fees for inbound deposits is nonsense. If banks were to do that, people would riot. Being an exchange doesn't exempt them from the basic decency of keeping fees at a minimum and operating honestly.
There are tons of complaints about this exchange and they haven't resolved them. Now they want more fees on top of all the unexplained account issues suffered by many here.
Look for alternatives, guys. Don't risk your coins on this exchange.
