I've asked about my pending XEM withdraw (Ticket ID: 92384, withdraw is still pending from 2017-12-19 ) and my ticket was closed without an answer!!! WTF are you doing?

What is up with charting on HitBTC? The chart never seems to stay up to date and sometimes never loads... Is this a known issue or isolated to my setup?
I'm waiting 1 month for 2FA Removal and don't have access to my account.They reached to me in my support ticket,but the issue is still not resolved !

If you have a problem with BTC withdraws just say it on your Exchange!!! Or make even autoresponse to tickets!!
I have almost 3000usd pending, well its not 3000usd anymore because BTC went from 18k -> 13k...
And its not even pending, HitBTC gives TX id but its not working ----> HitBTC havent broadcasted the withdraw.

In general, please please always double check that you're sending to the right wallet. Where did you send it from? i think there's ur only chance

can't transfer NEO from trading account to main account. It is IMPOSSIBLE right now to withdraw NEO.........always the error "Currency operations not available" are u serious? support doesn't reply back.

Now Hitbtc site is down and they have increased the fee two times in about 2 weeks. First from 0.0004 it became 0.0007 and now it's 0.0009 and it will soon keep increasing I guess. When you are sending over 20-30 transactions at a time, why to increase the fee as well. It takes hours to even get the bitcoins from your site.

I was trying to withdraw my BCN crypto funds about 4 days ago before they put the wallet in maintenance mode, but without showing any transaction hash.
