My money was gone from my account
There is no trace of even any payments or transfers, and there is no money !!
I had 1000 Substratum, 200 USDT and 0.00376000 BTC
There are no coins, they are lost in the HITBTC system
I have screenshots for proof of what I write !!

It's the first time I see this thread, I've used HitBTC before to trade BKB tokens, and didn't realize hitbtc has red trust for years already!
I'm lucky I didn't get scammed, recently it gets more and more scam allegations, and now the website doesn't work anymore either. I have less than $1 left on there, it's not enough to trade/withdraw, so they can keep it.

I only used HitBTC because it was the only exchange trading BKB, and I assumed Dean choose a trusted exchange for the tokens. I don't understand why they would do this though, they charge very high listing fees, running an exchange is supposed to be very profitable without scamming!

I was planning to sell my Bitcoin Gold through them, that ship has sailed now.

I have also posted here to let them know and change this requirement as almost all my coins are stuck where each coin has a value of $2-$3 and it's not worth keeping them stuck for ages when the amount will keep increasing as I add more coins on the exchange. ETH too is stuck in my wallet and cannot be withdrawn nor traded. Atleast they can adjust it in fees we pay.

5 days ago i deposited 4-5x times Cindicator, i got every deposit except one with 50 000 cindicators, deposites were from the same wallet to the same hitbtc's wallet every time, so there is no any option to be made something wrong..
support doesnt answear since 4 days.

For General status there is ' - ' sign, what it means? That without verification I can't withdraw even $1?

When will they credit SBTC to my hitbtc account? I had money in my trading account but till now no SBTC has been credited. Did the fork happen as I can already see SBTC trading on some exchanges.

I think that is cause by the coming forking of btc scheduled today at 14:00 utc there is a notification on their (Hitbtc) site.

Ive been trading for hitbtc for almost half a year and thanks god since then I haven't experience any big issue when in comes to my transaction other than quite slow confirmation of my deposits and withdrawal. Also I noticed that withdrawal fee doubled this week that it almost equal to bittrex.

I can't get my Waves out of HitBTC for 2 Weeks.
They are stuck on my Main Account. Withdrawals are not possible due to "Please note that WAVES withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience." and move them back to my trading account to exchange them is also not possible due to "Currency operations not available"
