Its been a year since we are believe in holdings and until now there is no good thing that has happen in the price. The only good with this price is the stability of it with the price of raging to 3500 to 4000 dollar.
At least we can take a profit from the differences in the price, and it's a lot of money I guess. I think if you can buy at the low price and wait for a day or so and finally, the price is increased, and you can sell some to take your money and wait for another time to next increase. And if you can do over and over, I think you can make a profit in monthly and don't chase for a big profit in one-time because it will be difficult to do. Make sure you can get any profit you can and do it again and again.
I think it is important to choose the right coins that you want to use. I think that not all projects will be successful and will be able to make a profit. Therefore, it is necessary to check the coins in the portfolio and sell not promising coins.

100% true! crypto has lot to offer for everyone but currently on the development stage and it will take more years before the full realization and acceptance of crypto in real life but i believe that time will come and we would see our world with crypto everywhere.

You're talking like one of those crazy preachers. Don't hold to become rich and don't hope on becoming rich! Don't get fooled by people telling you to buy and hold and you'll make money out of thin air. If you believe in Bitcoin or any other coin, buy it, but don't have high hopes. The higher your hopes the greater the disappointment.
It's true to keep calm because crypto will continue to go down and we wait at the lowest level so we can spend our money in it, don't be defeated by big traders who always get low prices, we also have to do it to get big profits when panicking back to Crypto.
HODL and be calm. Crypto's are meant to stay, you can't stay with an altcoin that has no future but all and all, the market is here to stay.

At least for 10-20 years, we can expect that crypto's are going to stay. If there's a market that you solely believe 2-3 years from now, it's crypto that will have a blast if you invest early and endure corrections.

What is delayed here ? You mean "staying for a long term". Yes, cryptocurrencies will stay with us for ever so that we never need to worry about holding them. Please note, but cryptocurrency I meant only bitcoin kind of highly reputed coins not all the coins. If you hold highly reputed coins then, you can be sure about being calm while holding.

at this time we can only hodl and calm because the market is still very uncertain. today even the etherum fell back to $ 128. there hasn't been a significant increase, and yesterday when the etherum rose to $ 150, just a bounce.

Crypto is already with us but the problem is how much we are able to bear in this bear market to continue our holding and being calm. Hopefully being calm will not be possible for most of the people here because market had fallen that much severely. Only for the people who have invested only their excess money might got chances to be continuing their holding by being calm. Others do make some bad decisions time to time.of course people can calm if they have save fund in their account for life, but for someone like me don't have any fund in the account can't waiting and calm in this condition
Account for life ? You mean retirement account kind of things ? Yes, people who have planned for long term holding might not be getting panic hence continuing their holding will be very much easily possible for them. But I'm not seeing anyone doing like this in my friends circle including myself. 
It is a new year and I guess we should start this year by giving our hopes to the cryptocurrency market that it will recover the soonest.
