of course people can calm if they have save fund in their account for life, but for someone like me don't have any fund in the account can't waiting and calm in this condition
Basically everything is like not showing a good sign, but all who have optimism or have high confidence on crypto, wouldn't give up and keep holding, well this is like fighting with something that can still be said temporarily.

Yes I am really sure there will be a pump in the last quarter hopefully, the market is still bearish and really hard to predict the situation. Everything is unpredictable as of now its better to hodl coins and wait patiently until it turns green..

Its been a year since we are believe in holdings and until now there is no good thing that has happen in the price. The only good with this price is the stability of it with the price of raging to 3500 to 4000 dollar.
I agree with you we don't need to panic and sell our assets at very low prices, HODL is the best strategy for now because as we see the price of bitcoin is unlikely to be lower than now we must believe and don't lose hope
