I think if we are in need of money, you can sell your coin to get money or if you think when you sell, you will still make profit, then you can sell but if you think when you sell, it will be at a very big loss, I think it will be better to hold the coin patiently until the market recover and the price of the coin increase.

This is not the right time to sell your holding. considering the fact that if someone entered in Crypto market during bull run. its better to hold your altcoins than selling, not to forget that patience is key, wait atleast for next bull run and i would suggest that if one can invest more money into crypto according to his/her pocket then go for it.

In case I don't need money urgently, I would rather hold now as selling means fixing losses, while most of the market went down comparing to the last year. I am optimistic to wait for it goes up again.

It depends on the coin you are holding. If you hold a coin that does have a low value to the present and to the future value, better sell that on the bearish market and you may even buy a coin that is move valuable at the bear market. But when you hold a coin that has a potential to be great in the future, better hold on that one and it is better to buy more of that when the market is down.

If you did not sell your altcoins in mid-April, then just count how much you lost now. Patience in trading is often a disadvantage than an advantage.

If you can see that the price in the market is high then sell.it but if not and you think that you can lose half of your money then dont do it better hold it and wait for the time that uts price will go up to gain profit.

In this case we have two options only to keep himself from more and more loss .
First option is that we should hold the loss that we are facing , just sell your altcoins for the USD ( doller ) and hold the value of the altcoins asset that you have and then start buy when the price getting starts to increase .
And second option for you is that you should not see what is going on with the market of that altcoin , and hold until the market of the coin get increase and in that case you will find that you will be in the profit .
Here a big thing that I seen that lots of people will create hype and will try to make panic sell of your altcoins , so don't get into any type of fud/manipulation type things and make himself successful by making analysis yourself .

TRADE WITH NEGATIVE FEES

If you have a long term hodl coin there then I guess its better to hold for now while its still at bear market and wait for awaited rising this last quarter of the year if ever history will just repeat itself last year. But I don’t advise you to hold all your assets, maybe you just sold some of it.

If the coins are downhill and can not get the potential of a good coin I think we should sell it and switch investments in other coins that have good potential.

HODL if you do not need a sudden and if you see the potential on the coin.
Sell if you have a sudden need. This is a problem I often face.
