holding is always the best possible thing to do and that it will help you in having more money at the end than that of selling of your coins.
It really depends on your situation. If you need to have money badly, you should sell it even though it is in green. Same thing as, if you feel that it might drop down, then sell it. We should trust our own instincts and not just listening to some advice to sell or hold them. Because, at the end of the day, it is your money. No one will benefit/harm if you will sell it or not.

At trade in cryptocurrency I lose all the time and I have made the decision to hold coins within several years. I sure that eventually the price of the majority of coins will increase many times and then they will be profitable to sell.
if so why should we sell it and hold on to the altcoin that has been invested, if the price is still down we should hold it for profit and not lose our money.
My opinion goes with holders as market is reviving and holders get more rewards then quick sellers who sell their coins now at the start of reviving mode. Now market in bulls hands and everyday market is gaining some ground and it is a positive thing for this market.

if its price is still not that low, you can sell it before it drops from the price you buy it. but if its already below the price you bought it, its better for you to hold it, than to lose your money.
think if read the whitepaper of the project you can properly have a better idea and decide to invest on it or not, Holding good coins, will make you more richer in the future.
