I do think many are still holding bitcoins. As of the moment it would be a loss if you will just sell immediately the coins that you have. There was no great increase and neither was there any drop that had been so low going back from 9,000$ to 6,000$ or 7,000$. This would suggest that people are just waiting for it to rise again in value. So I think it is better to hold for a moment.
I recommend many of my friends to not sell even in the most disappointing days. I guess he now understood why I told him. Markets are growing so its easier to hold now and enjoy profits. 
Its really depends on situation that happening in that moment. If the price is right and above ICO Price I think you can sell your coin. But if the price is low and under the ICO price you must hold your coin, because its really not worth it to sell it, if you sell it you will lost
I advise you not to sell coins when the price is low. It is better to hold and sell when the price rises again.

if you have faith in all of your coins why need to bother?market is just experiencing fluctuations and we dont have to panicked,hold the coins if it has a potential for growth,but if none the sell them all and find another coins that can give you profit,this is the cycle of cutting losses

by seeing the market condition is low, I think the best way is hold. wait until the market goes up and the price is high. then you can sell it.
Try to assess the bottom if you can do some TA. I cut most of my losses even though I'm still way up from where I started, I've changed my tactics aswell since 2018 will likely see heavy institutional money flowing into BTC. So i'm sticking with; BTC, ADA, Waves and IOTA. Not gonna mess around on the alts market anymore its to dependent on BTC and since BTC forks a lot and also will likely go way beyond where it is now, I don't want to risk it. Hope to see BTC at 100k next year this time.
It actually depends on your strategy and your reason why you are selling it. However, if markets go down and it has been way too low, i personally would choose to hold on to my coins and wait until market recovers and values start to increase and be able to gain profit.
before investing in a coin , you'd better study it carefully , the total number of coins ,the feasibility of the project , the team situation , the current price of the coin . if you believe in it , you should hold it for a long time . don't sell it because it's a short-term drop .
I think hold is the option because in this time market is very low and all coin rates is very low but in this time if you have patience and if you don't sell your coins you will get more profit definitely from this time in this work from home.

If you do not know how to trade in the crypto currency market, then you definitely need to keep coins. And wait for a good market growth. And only then decide on the sale. In order to make money on your investments - you need to be able to wait (unless of course you have invested money in some kind of shitcoin).
It depends what you want to hold or sell. But generally if you see market are down now - altcoins and coins, everything, so maybe better to hold everything for now!

it depends on your choice, you can sell it if you want or hold it, if you invested your altcoins, its better if you hold it, dont cut your holdings. wait for it to recover, it is the wisest decision so you could get back your capital. If you invest in an ICO or in a coin, what I believe is hold and if the price is dropping especially in a beer market, what I do is to buy more, as to increase my average. With this if the price should get back to the ICO price, you are already in profit.
Holding this is a great idea when there is a passive income when mining from holding a coin. For example, the TokenGo team did it for its tokens. Hold GoPower get GoCoin after mining.
hold my opinion because that's really the human patient's challenge so you just hold it just ebebenta if you do not want to lose even a few months if you just hold it especially if you invest big money just then of course not just happy so you just hold
For me it really depends on a situation, because if you really need money then you have to decide to sell it while the price is still good. Maybe part of it is worth to hold and wait for the higher price to come, we all know that price will always change so better be wise in making decisions to be productive.
I think holding is the best decision. We see that already some altcoins price are increasing day by day. It will raise more & more in near future. So if you don't have any urgency, just continue to holding. 
I think you don't panic selling, better hold until the price back at the top. if you see prices fall and still have capital, you can buy back. to make more profit. because I believe this is just like the season. waiting for the uptrend and the downtrend.
