i prefer to hold if it good for long term holding but if it good for short term why not sell it so you can gain a lot of profits in the short period of time

Selling your altcoins should be your last choice after checking the team on how they are acting to their project and the potential during the poor moment if any negative ground is there then better to leave it.

Hold if its a good coin but if its not, study that coin again. Don’t follow the market from losing your own money, just stay focus, relax and don’t even panic. The market will always bounce back, just like what’s happening right now so you’d better analyze again all your coins.
I agree with the quotes. Doing a good research will indeed be helpful to really hold or sell what you have. Be wise in what you hold because not everything that we hold is really helpful. It may cause us also problem.

Not every coin can grow in few months, there is a lot of cryptocurrencies fall too much. I think holding great coins will be better. How can you know if the token has the potential to increase in the future? I think if read the whitepaper of the project you can properly have a better idea and decide to invest on it or not, Holding good coins, will make you more richer in the future.
I think you should HODL. The market will kick start itself, if the market wants to that is, and the price will slowly, or maybe even quickly, rise again. Public trust may take a bit to get back, but keep them handy regardless.

It depends on the situation. I will give my own explanation and reason. First I will hold because I don't really need money then why should I sell it? I will not spend my money for nothing. I will use my money for divine purposes, Example if there is a emergency that time I will cash out my money. Then if there's a special occasion or its really need at home. Sell if you need it the most. To fulfill your satisfaction. But make sure you will spend that money in a right way and don't spend it for nothing. And last don't sell at low price.
