You can choose different options. For example, buy a KuCoin shares and every day you will receive a small piece of sales. Or buy Veritium tokens and make a profit every three months as an Ethereum. By the way, only 2 days left until the end of ICO. And you do not need to think about selling or storing in this case. Just keep and make a profit.
for now it is better to hold back first if sell it only got losses. maybe now is the time for investment buy altcoin for the future surely the price will peak
I am quite a newbie here myself. My rule is if you are a newbie - hold while getting experience. If you are a professional - then you do not need anybody's advice 
Base on what’s happening to crypto market now. I suggest that you hold for a while. Altcoins are still in recovery stage right now. All we have to do now is to wait patiently. Eventually, the price will rise up again.
I would say that it's better to keep your coins now or what is even better buy some new ones. Sell on the bottom is a very bad idea. It would be better to take a great opportunity to buy some coins for reasonable price while the market is down.
Well to be honest it takes a lot of time to form a good profitable plan to do. Sometimes and somehow holding is a wise things to do but not all the time the gain is yours. Better to hold if the coins is developed in a good project provided with a good roadmap of that specific coins. Because if that is potential for a long period coin, then time comes it will raise again.
I hold my altcoins for now, especially in this moment when most of altcoins are recovering from previous price dump. It will pick back up as it always does in the crypto market. I'm sure you'll get a good price and make a profit if you just wait for the price to go back up!
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? That is why you should do analysis first before buying a coin rather than chasing a pump. If you do some analysis then you can find a good entry point for some coin and that will make you confident to hold it even if there's correction because you are still in profit. If you chase a pump then your entry point will be high and you'll scared if suddenly there's correction. Also don't buy into hype as you'll most likely already late into the party. You won't lose anything as long as you don't sell so if you really believe in the project then you should hold it through the dips. 
For now just hold it first because of the consistent decreasing the value. And maybe because there is a issue in china and south korea that they want it to ban the bitcoin there maybe for the tax issue I don't know the real story about these two country but I'm sure this is true. Just wait for 2 to 3 weeks more and time to time check the exchange market then after that if the value increase then sell it.

Hold it for the time being even if the situation or condition of selling and trading is a little bit tricky and sometimes confusing, nonetheless trading and selling is challenge and risky but even when holding there's a big chance of earning a big profit.
Of course, to keep, what they now fell is nothing terrible, for three consecutive years there has always been a drop in the currency in the new year, and then follows growth, and the growth is greater, than it was before the decline of the course!

I think that in case of a drawdown, you need to keep it anyway!
I think, its better to hold it even the price is going down. Holding for a long term is a good idea for now, because the price is not stable if we watch it daily. I think the price will raise again in the future.
The altcoin price you invested is down, you should not be panic and will sell it. It's better to stand if you do not want to lose. Be patient any longer, who knows the price will rise.
The decision whether to hold or sell your coins will depend on your strategy and also depends on the trend in the market. If the price is increasing then better to hold it while if the price drops continually then better to sell it.
