better to sell it to cut losses, after that you can buy more at a cheap price to cover the previous losses, don't hesitate in trading because it can make you lose more.

like what other people say, we don't have to sell right now especially if the market is down and we still need to hold the coins. we need to be strong to hold the coin and not weak like other people which cannot hold their emotion. we need to hold for a long time if we want to make a big profit again in the future and we don't have to listen to the bad news that might want to make us afraid to hold the coin.
