Holding on bullshit if you hold bullshit coins. If you hold coins with good potential than holding is very profitable and good.

No it's not. Holding your token is for the better income. There's nothing wrong about holding tokens because as a bounty hunter if i am in his/her situation i will hold it. We seek for a better profit or income. but if the right time comes, when your set goals meet it then go sell your holdings. but ifits not just hold it. It may lead that to a better and bright future.
Lol how did you know holding is bullshit? have you tried already? In crypto or any other investment that holds long term are gaining profits and get rewards after. You should research deep brother anything is possible in crypto in just a minute or hour you can earn big and depends on the project that they are holding too.
Of course you keep your coins.They can make a profit.And those who do not have high hopes for these coins, they will be the losers.

I think holding on for a long time is a very right decision. Maybe the coins you hold are not good and not promising, and finally, you even regret holding the coins. If you hold coins that have good prospects and promise. Holding it is not silly, because the only thing we can do right now is wait for the price to rise. If you want to sell, you will surely lose money

Don't hold that long it is better to hold a months only rather than holding it for more than a years. Well we might don't know, maybe there is a good purpose of holding it that long.

Holding is bullshit only if you are holding shitty coins (and you are probably doing this) No one who has been holding for more than 3 years is on LOSS.

in my opinion holds no bullshit especially if the coin held is an unreasonable potential coin is the coin you hold during that but does not generate any profit at all so try to change the coin and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
It's hard to choose pennies to invest and keep long. These potential pennies give us a profit when kept for a long time. It has been shown that BTC and ETH have given us good faith and good results to wait. I believe in BTC and ETH and are willing to hold it when the market is red.
you need to keep an eye on the market and your portfolio but holding is the right and safest strategy ,also choose a good project ,not shit project.

Because your coins is bullshit too,that is why there are no improvements,HOLDING good altcoins and tokens will give you a lot of profits but holding these shitcoins which doesnt have good working product/services wont give you anything even you waited hundreds of years.Do a lot of research find new potential coins or projects only invest to good projects,read whitepaper check the team,the current developments and im sure your holdings will give you much better outcome.
Well said, if you wish to have a good profit, try to find a good coins which you can earn profit very well, its not too late, dont say that holding is bull*** because its our choice and the problem is on us, not on coins, be wise and wider your knowledge so that you won’t be a victim of that kind of coin. 
most tokens / coins are indeed bullshit, but there are some good ones and can ride to the moon. I used to once hold some tokens / coins that eventually eventually rose to the moon, namely monaco and minexcoin.
Holding it is a strategy, believe it or not, believe it, will apply it or not, it is your right to choose. Crypto will not force you to hold, and crypto also does not lie to you. In crypto, nothing is set and no one promises if you hold a coin then you will get what you expect. Perhaps the coin you chose is less precise for you to hold, so you hold it until whenever it does not give you a better change.
There are some people who will argue that holding is destroying bitcoin and other coins from fulfilling their fundamental purposes which is to be used as a currency for transactions, although they are right but bitcoin and altcoins have proven to do better as a form of investment which is why so many people buy into it and hold to sell later, holding might not seem like a good idea to you, but it is one of the best ways to make money.
