There is actually a lot to mention, but try those Thai and Japanese horror movies. They have good horror movies that will scare the shit out of you and has a very good plot twist which you will really won't guess right away. In thai they mixed their horror movies with a bit of comedy while in Japanese they have tons of gore some horror movies. Asian horror movie are really awesome.
