Hotbit exchange, is it safe and good to trade here?

Maybe you should move this on Trading Discussion Board if you will insist the english language format for your thread. You will receive a good amount of reply and opinion there compared here in PH thread. Hotbit is a middle tier exchange that usually the first target of small project for CEX listing. I'm using it rarely since last and so far I don't encounter any issue using it. those are just few of Many Scam accusation against Hotbit exchange so Now it is Up to you if still willing to use that exchange .

I did not check his post history so I am not aware of his not being a Filipino, I am aware of some of the scam report on Hotbit, but I based my answer based on my experiences glad that you posted this as a reference to our community, I leave it to the moderator to lock this thread.

I just traded here last week and had 15 transactions here so far, no big issues here at all, but there were delays sending a text verification when you log in and when you are withdrawing your coins, I had it turn off because I already have the 2FA turn on and email verification,
to avoid delays and hassle turn off the text verification, but it's your account, if there are no delays in text verification then use it to enhance security verification.
