Soon I will be making a thread on my house only because of viewing this thread and having this discussion. I've thought about it for a long while, but now I feel a little bit of incentive Cheesy, thanks.

Dude, now is the time.  I hope you get it listed, it sells, Bitcoin hits $40,000 a coin and you buy this Lomond house!

If you ever want to schedule to come look at it please just let me know.  It might be a pleasant day trip for you and the wife.  Plus it will be easier for you to earn it if you actually see it in real life, know that is what you want and then imagine earning it.

I'm sure it would be a pleasant trip, but there's absolutely no way I would be able to afford anything like that anytime soon. I like my job, but my job doesn't like me that much Cheesy. Working with a 75k a year household income. Plenty enough to keep my happy and pay for my toys for both my wife and I. Tell ya what, if my house sold for 150 btc (if it's even worth that), and btc goes to 40k, I'll buy yours Cheesy.

There is one way ^ and I'm sure there is about 10 more that you could use to earn this place by Christmas. Cheesy

Well if you sell your house and we get to $4000 per BTC feel free to hit me up!!

Nah, the old rem 770 270 is my choice to hunt with, although I'm more of a fan of bow hunting for the actual "sport" of hunting, along with filling the deep freezer Cheesy.

Did you used to go to Schwagstock or do you currently ever go to Wakarusa?

(random ass question lol but waka is the first thing I think of when I think of that area of Arkansas)

Nope, never even heard of the first one. The 2nd one, I've wanted to go a few times.

Anyways, I don't want to digress from your house sale or steal the thread. Good luck!

Fellow Arkansans are always welcome on any of my threads + it is good publicity for yours as well if someone is looking for a smaller places (3700+ sq feet is kind of ridiculous.)

It's a small house, ~520 sq foot. It's great for me and my wife currently. We have no kids atm, one in the oven though Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy!!! It's been in my family for a very long time, my dad was raised in it from birth which is why I didn't want to rebuild it entirely or add on. I wanted to keep the originality of it with it's location and size. I did remove a nearly all of the original walls and change the floor plan from a 2 bed room to a 1 bed room with a larger kitchen, bathroom, and walk in closet.

Congrats on the future lil poop maker!

Do you know what year it was built originally?  Might need to make sure you don't have a metric fuck ton of lead in there prior to the little one  Grin

It was built originally in 1963. We stripped everything out. -EVERYTHING-. The only original pieces of this house that are still on is the outer walls, floor joists, and the trusses. All insulation, plumbing, wiring and drywall were completely redone. The house isn't on a foundation either. It's on blocks. I know that sounds redneck as hell, but it's rock solid with no termite damage. "Welcome to Arkansas" I say when people look at the house with a odd look on their face.

It's super peaceful being 7 miles out of town. Not a single city light to dim the stars at night. The dust bands are bright out here. Lots of private owned land for hunting also Wink

All a true redneck needs to hunt is a 22 rifle and a soda bottle. Cheesy  Who needs permission or tags! (only joking)

Ya man... fuck termites, chiggers and ticks.

For real, here are the restoration pics. Like I said, it is SUPER far away from what your house is currently. I could only dream of owning a house like that some day.

Currently living in it and trying to sell it. Originally was in the family and had to buy it through a delinquent tax auction because of a bunch of family problems (grandma who owned it was in the nursing home with alzheimers). Only paid 720 for the house and the 1/2 acre land it sits on. Put about 15k into it and trying to sell it now Grin. I think I made a good investment.

Btw: It's in Dardanelle.

Such a good restoration job!! I really love the tub.  Absolutely adorable Cheesy

I would venture say that will probably be a great investment for y'all.

This is very interesting since I own a house in Arkansas and I'm looking to possibly sell it for BTC also. Although the house that I'm selling is nowhere near the range that that house is going for, I still find it interesting that it's a small world Grin

Well fucking A.

One person 3 houses up the road and another one with property in Arkansas.... jesus!

Do you mind if I ask where you have property in Arkansas?

We have houses/businesses in Little Rock, Jonesboro and Batesville.

One of which was in the news as far as Bitcoin goes!

Fraud

When someone with 14 status (noob account) tells me i'm a troll, well then I'm going to prove them wrong.
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/220-Lomond-Dr-Batesville-AR/90838963_zpid/

Also, contacting local realtor again and will report this post.

Um... why are you calling me a fraud?  Because Zillow isn't correct on their price estimate?

Give the realtor a call if you'd like or send her a e-mail asking.   Roll Eyes

Don't you think if I was going to try commit fraud I would post a picture of a place in a far off country that no one could verify was mine and not in fucking Arkansas of all places  Cheesy Tongue.

If you aren't trolling please follow these instructions:

Can't live with them, can't live without them.  Grin

Look, I don't know what you're pulling here but if ANYONE here just googles the address and looks up Zillow.com or Homes.com it will plainly show that the home IS NOT ON THE MARKET.
I even took a step last night to confirm with local realtors that this home is not for sale. Don't scam.

If you follow the steps above your post and the link takes you to the listing brokers website.  Then if you google the MLS # I provided you it will pop up.

I'm sure you confirmed it  Roll Eyes.   I have "close relationship" with the owners of the house and the broker.
