Look, I don't know what you're pulling here but if ANYONE here just googles the address and looks up Zillow.com or Homes.com it will plainly show that the home IS NOT ON THE MARKET.
I even took a step last night to confirm with local realtors that this home is not for sale. Don't scam.

We bought the house across the street from the Merritts, Dr. Beyga's old house. Here is a pic of our house with the Merritts in the front.

The lake water is ok. I used to swim in it when I was a kid, but I think you might get some strange looks being a adult swimming in it

I have to admit, when I hear/see "bay area" I think of the San Francisco Bay. Are you located in Arkansas or is this just your second home or something?
Anyway, good luck with the sale. I'm kinda thinking about trying to buy a house next year but I'm really looking at the opposite kinda place: a small small house on a big big lot. My garden and chicken pen are like 3000sq feet. I only need about 900sq feet for me to live in

I am living in San Fran, but from Arkansas originally. This is one of the home that I grew up in.
Thanks for the luck and I'm sure it will get sold in due time! I'll list it on BP next year other wise, but I have confidence the price is great and I'll find a buyer!
