In this case you should really stop on playing gambling when you do already know that you are losing too much and didnt give good things into your own life but just stress and unwise spendings. Gambling cant really give some helpful things in our lives on major ways but there still some learnings you would able to get from it.

That's correct, our main purpose why we are gambling is to have fun and there is no fun when we are losing because it will only gonna make us frustrated which most likely will result to making a wrong decision that will lead us to losing an amount that is out of our budget.
What is important is to be responsible and being responsible means you know when is the right time to stop.

That's true, it doesn't help anything at all but entertain you, it's just going to make you happy when you are winning but definitely devastated when you are losing. You are not going to be that productive if you are just gambling, and just like you said you are just going to be stressed and will keep thinking more about it.

Along with that we learn many other things from gambling like we have not to go for extreme in any case, we have to control on our emotions otherwise we will lose the chance. We do not have to think for lost things and have to work for the future that will benefit us.

With that I will also say that gambling is a good source of entertainment and we can have fun if we gamble with a limited money which we can afford.
