If you own coins that you believe will succeed in 5 years, what's changed? The only parameter that has changed are other peoples comfort levels.
It's the stress management that makes money, when the situation is scary that's when to step up, clear your mind and prey that your ballsy move will become a success.

If you only act within your comfort zone you will behave as the rest of the market, and everyone knows that the majority of people will never become rich.

If you need the money, quit and risk selling out at low price. You can jump in back later, perhaps even cheaper than now. Or the opposite Cheesy

If you don't need they money, wait for confirmation that the downtrend is broken and buy more.

You have only lost the money when you sell your investments at a loss. If you don't sell, if you are patient and hodl, you will probably get back to even at some point, and maybe even make a profit.

The market is often very volatile. There are big rises but also big dips, so during the dips you can either hold or trade. If you don't want to risk trading, then just look away from the price charts and wait until the dip is over. Now is a bad time to quit I think. If you're going to quit, then cash out after a big rise, not after a dip.

I think yoou bhad better to hold what you have because you may lose a lot of money if you sell you coins.

I think we have the different purpose in cryptocurrency and we have the different coin in our wallet. but one thing that I know, if you can hold for a long time, you can see that your coin price will increase and you can also have the investment for a long time. it is easy to hold the coin, you can close the exchanges, don't look it for some period and do another thing that makes you are not only thinking about your coins. but if you think that you cannot hold it for a while, then you can sell your coins and take your money.

The best thing you is to hold or buy additional coijs since it is currently cheap now going out to the market means acceptance of defeat and lossing your investment. all traders are experiencing same as what you experience now just keep it as your learning experience so the next time same scenario happen you are already aware

If you quit you will missed the chance of your lifetime that crypto world can give you can plan your strategy cut lost a bit and change into fiat only if you think the market will have a much lower value and or you can hold and wait until the market stabilizes and goes back to normal if you plan to change into fiat you can buyback at a much lower price if the market goes down and you can save your cut loss. You can do both but not quit. You should erase the word quit in your mind.

If you want to Quit, then don't do it. Otherwise you can lost the money you invested in btc before. I think it's better to HODl. And when time come you can sell it for good price. Also you can consider taking part in ICO to get more profit or buying altcoins. Just remember to never invest 100% in one coin.

No need to quit if the alt goes down . Not all the time the alt is going up some time they goes down that is natural so you need tobe patience and that is the key just be patience.

Hold will prevent you from cutting your losses and it will somehow give you more time to carefully plan your next steps but that doesn't always mean cutting your losses is bad because quitting and selling your investments may sometimes be good specially when a good opportunity arise along with preventing your investment value to crash is a win win scenario also.

Just look at coinmarketcap and when most of the coins are in the red, buy what you've been doing research on. When they are in the red, they are on sale. Rinse and repeat, then HODL and you'll be in profit sooner than you realize. It's important to think long term. At least a year or longer. But as always , only invest what you're willing and able to lose!
