You can quit smoking if you really want it out of your life. Be a busy person and you will forget to smoke. When you want to smoke chew a cinnamon stick. Sometimes it may be help you to avoiding addition.

Start by reducing number of cigarettes you smoke every day, then after some time, take final decision and consider that one more cigarette will kill you, start believing in the idea with time until you done smoking.
The most important find for yourself a habit, like watching soccer or some thing else.

There is a good proven way to quit smoking. First you need motivation, further reduce the number of cigarettes per day, but not dramatically. You can sometimes replace a regular cigarette with an electronic cigarette.

I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

If you have not stopped smoking take this advice from me!!
* one anytime you feel like smoking put an important image of those that will be in pain if you become sick due to smoking
* anytime the feeling to smoke comes upon you try and do an activity like push-ups

try does two and see what happens

Note: you have to have a disciplined mindset

The pain of nicotine withdrawal is real.

But it is not that bad a pain.

For most of us that quit we realized this.

When it occurred to me 23 years ago that if I hit my fingernail while using a hammer it hurts a lot more then the pain of nicotine withdrawal I realize I could quit.

My old reaction to nicotine withdrawal was I will just die if I don’t have a smoke.

My new reaction to nicotine withdrawal was how does this feel well it hurts less then whacking my thumbnail with a hammer.  When I would hit my self building a deck I would look at my finger nail and say it looks okay it will go black under the nail and then get better..

Once I realized I could talk the pain down for smoking just like I could do with a smacked finger nail it was easy to quit.

You may think that its difficult to prevent from smoking but the thing is it's not difficult as you are thinking. The only thing that you have to do is change the way of thinking. Meditation also a good start to change the way of thinking. Just think,If u don't want to take breath and you are too lazy to take breath what will happen? The thing is you love your life so you will never forget to take breath. Smoking also negatively impact on your health. It also reduce your life time. So try it. try to change the way of thinking and stop smoking.

Have some 30 day challenges. Don't try quitting as fast as possible. You must slowly remove the habit because rushing will make you want to smoke again.

Let try use vape, electronic sigarete. i was stoped reguler sigarete when use use vape, because have alot taste on liquid
