I started practicing cigarettes since I was 9 years old. Regular smoking starts from the age of 12. Now I am 26 years old, I'm trying hard to give up smoking, but can not do  not? Can someone give me some good advice to quit smoking?

Sometimes what we have already practiced when we were in grade that we have brought up we grow up is already hard to be changed just like what you have because you have already been doing that for so long and a sudden pause might also lead for a dangerous. You must slowly lessen your cigarette in take from the regular in takes you have until you can make yourself stick into 1 cigarette and suddenly make it gone. Divert your attention into other things to keep you away from smoking. Keep yourself doing sports, working, also doing leisures like online games because distracting yourself away from smoking will be a good help. Focus yourself into something that will be worthy of your interest just like my friend did. I am not into smoking but it is proven and tested to distract yourself into something like playing games just like an online casino which you can conveniently play casino games like what I have found and currently into online casino which you can enjoy playing and at the same time have that chance of obtaining their welcome bonus once you have done at your first deposit.

Me as well is not into smoking or even into drinking liquors because I am pretty much concern with my health care for the fact that those vices are really dangerous for the lungs and liver that's why I do not want to get engage with it. On my opinion, I do agree that diverting your dependence on smoking into something which can gain your interest is the best way to help you quit smoking. Playing sports and keeping yourself busy on other stuffs will help. Now that you have said that playing online casino might help, I got interested knowing why and it gives me excitement because I guess it worth a try.

You will better know how and this online casino could help once you have try it. Enjoy the great deal of bonus when you do your first deposit on it.

If and when you quit Nicotine, take 10mg Full-flush Vitamin B3 (Niacin) x 4 times a day: once after breakfast, once after lunch, once after dinner and once before bed. Only do this if you're not using nicotine replacements, such as gum patches or vaping.

On Day 3, increase to 20mg x 4 times a day, and maintain that dose for two weeks before coming back down to 10mg x 4 times a day.

After 6 weeks gradually taper off the Niacin to zero.

The way it works is that Niacin (aka Nicotinic Acid) is structurally closely related to Nicotine. In fact, they use the same neural receptor: The Nicotinic Receptor. What the body actually wants is Nicotinic Acid (aka Vitamin B3), but sadly the Nicotine molecule binds to the Nicotinic Receptor far more efficiently than Nicotinic Acid, hence the brain gets confused.

So when you quit Nicotine, you wanna patch up the empty Nicotinic Receptor with Nicotinic Acid as soon as possible. If done correctly, you shouldn't experience any cravings at all.

This is the best advice you will get here from a medical point of view... Stopping smoking has to be a gradual process and Niacin will do the magic.
I hope OP gets to see this, and we would really love to get a feedback from you about your progress.

In order to quit something, you should prepare doing something in replace to that. Simply, the time you consume doing the activity that you want to stop, should be taken by another activity in order to have a full stop. I am before addicted into drinking but gladly a found a game.
Can you suggest activities in which I could replace my habit? I am also a smoker.
Try playing basketball and other sports. But if you are not into sports, try computer games, but personally what made me enjoy things at home is through online gambling . So that's on you if you would listen in my advice.

The only way to stop smoking is to stop buying cigarettes and don't approach people who shop so that we are not tempted to smoke again. There is no effective way to stop smoking if we do not have a strong intention to stop smoking.

My husband has been smoking since young age of 17.  By year 2013, he quited smoking like a snap just like that.  He just suddenly stop doing it until after a month, as he tried a stick to taste but he felt so dizzy and so bad.  Since then he never tried lighting a stick ever again up to this date.
We have almost the same experience as your husband as i smoked at the age of 14and just 2017 when I tried to flushes all my remaining cigarettes, and look for more reasonable things in life than smoking from then i found new sets of friends from our community whos all of them are none smokers and the other two is quitter same as mine.from that day forward never in my thought that i look for cigarettes again

Smoked for 13 years, helped the electronic cigarette with the same puff.
Nicotine addiction still remained, but all the harmful symptoms of smoking, the smell from the mouth, shortness of breath, yellowing of the teeth disappeared.

I suggest you chew gum or find less health hazardous alternatives like E-cig.

You need to have great willpower and desire to quit. Promise yourself that you will never be sick to poison your body, to realize that you can do without it! Not everyone is so (

Switch to vape and slower lower the nicotine levels, until you hit 0!

Nah, I don't think vape will do good to you as well. If you really quit smoking, then go for it, no need to find replacements whatsoever.

How I did it? We have a friendly bet amongst friends that who ever quit will be given a pack of beer. Yes, it looks simply as it sound but I was able to quit. Well not quit as in zero smoke a day but I learn to minimize it and now I'm on the road to quitting it successfully.

I smoked more than a pack a day. About 2 years ago my sister brought over a Juul and made me try it. I had tried different E-cigs before and they were laughable. But the Juul hit so perfectly and I went out and bought one the same day. I had no intention of quitting cigarettes, I just thought it would be great to have something to smoke between cigarettes if it was cold or rainy outside. Without even trying, I just stopped going outside!

It's been 2 years now and 3 of my sisters, my best friend and my husband have all easily switched to the Juul.

It's not a perfect solution obviously, but I no longer cough and hack in the morning, my fingers and teeth aren't yellow and the best part is I don't smell like an ashtray anymore!

I think when I am ready it will be much easier to transition off of the Juul than it would have been from cigarettes. I sincerely think the Juul has increased my quality of life. I really think you should try it if you don't think you will be able to quit smoking cold turkey.

 Cool Cool Cool

Firstly if you have a habit to take tea then try to leave it and when you feel bad without taking tea and smoking then use Chuingum. I hope it will help you to quit smoking.
