Anything that will be considered hobby can be easily addictive, infact there is a close line between hobby and addiction and this line is the major problems with gamblers as they do not try to differentiate the two from each other hence leading them into serious addiction.

If you ever want to gamble and not get addicted to you then you have to start learning to take a break in gambling, not only when you lose that you have to take a break but also when you feel like it's not too important for you to gamble. Some time ago I gambled regular with out season or time but I discovered that it's becoming a very habit to gamble so I took a break and after some time I went back again hence I don't feel the urge to gamble as before. This self-control is a big initiative to know in the line or addiction and hobby.

Beginners must understand the risks of gambling and be able to limit themselves so as not to spend too much money on risky bets or playing directly. Although sometimes some people think that gambling can make someone rich if they can win a big jackpot by betting a large amount of money. But if they are not aware that gambling is full of the risk of losing and if they are not mentally prepared to lose, it will end badly and make gamblers lose their minds chasing their losses. Usually beginners easily experience things like this because they don't understand that the risks of gambling are very big.

Actually there are many things that must be implemented by beginners before they enter the world of gambling and they can avoid addiction. They have to play gambling carefully, I mean by limiting the time, using only a small amount of money as long as it is money that you can afford to lose, but if Not willing to lose the money, it's better not to use it rather than having to bear the burden and play with a lot of pressure. Addiction is triggered by the continuous repetition of a habit, till it becomes a lifestyle. It's somewhat easy to begin, but becomes a problem that needs y'all to seek other people's consent when y'all wanna quit.

Guy you are right, self control is very compulsory in so many things that we do. It is same thing as self discipline by which if any individual lacks discipline, they can make so many mistakes and even fail in life. Let new gamblers write out the very important rules of gambling and make sure they read it to themselves every day or they should always read it before going to gamble.

Rules 1, don't gamble with loan money, rule 2, don't be too desperate for winning and so many other rules.

Only one thing we can teach them if they are new in the  gambling then the best thing to do to avoid addiction is they must control themselves. That is the best thing to do cause if we can not control ourselves then there's a chance that we will loss adm then chasing losses made our bankroll empty. In short we can't control our emotions then addiction is on the way. But if we can control ourselves when we felt bad then pause for a while or let say break for a while.

Yes, it is important to have game rules that must be read and understood, the most important thing is self-awareness because usually gamblers do not have self-awareness because they gamble just to follow trends and follow other people who win at gambling, even though in gambling it is important to be aware When you gamble, you don't just talk about winning and getting profits but understand all the risks and every loss you experience, many people are not aware of this so when they experience defeat they continue to try to recover their money by gambling until the end.

I think beginners should be told that it is important to build self-awareness so that they can follow the rules and procedures, read each rule of the game so that they don't go in the wrong direction, the important thing is how to control yourself when gambling, because it is important to control yourself when you have exceeded the limit, which is important, usually for people who are addicted to gambling because they play without limits so it is very easy to get addicted to gambling which makes them feel lost and bankrupt in the end. Exactly, I agree with your opinion that it is really highly recommended or even mandatory for beginners to learn and understand how gambling actually works, especially understanding how winning and losing works where in fact the name of victory is always nothing more than a "chance" while losing is a "certainty" in gambling, don't get it wrong in terms of understanding gambling, and we can see how the impact is experienced by most gamblers who always try to make gambling a place to earn which in the end instead of earning but instead they suffer a lot of losses and all that happens because they have a wrong understanding of gambling.

The main mistake that often exists in most gamblers is that they think that gambling can be used as a place to earn, even though it is clear as I said above that winning is nothing more than a chance which means that it will not always happen according to what you want unless you are really lucky while when luck does not come then obviously you will lose and lose money, and this is the reason why gamblers are always advised to put a lot of restrictions when they are involved in gambling, do not let you be provoked and tempted to pursue something that actually has no certainty that can guarantee victory.

we must understand that gambling is a place where we can win and get rich but the problem is that there are limited chances or luck that available to the people  and mostly it is luck that players will get.

There isn't really anything we could do to make sure that we could do to help them. What people do not understand is that this is something we could do only if we are professional and that is the most important part, if we could help people professionally then we could help them but amateurs like you and me we can't really help them. The reality is that we should probably avoid anything like that, because it doesn't really help anyone at all.

We need to just realize that psychologists are studying for 4 years in college and then do their work for a while before they are capable of helping these people out, and in that case I think that is quite important to make sure that we know what we could do nothing but just refer to them to some professional who could help them.

You are not helpful in this approach at all and as a matter of fact, we have a whole lot to do that can help new gamblers from getting addicted, not the other way round.
