We can't say the world economy is good enough, until every people all around the globe have proper chance and ability to buy and afford the proper standard of living, without damaging each other either the mother nature. Yes it is utopistic. Perfection is impossible.

It is hard to a world to get the economy better if a person who's sitting in the governments place has no concern in his jurisdiction. And those government officials are also responsible in this matter as I noticed there are still government officials who are curropt they earned a big salary but still want to earn money and through that way we can't still have a better economy if we still have a officials like that in the government position.
I believe the government's part is to educate its people financially and for its officials to stop filling their pocket with people's money. in short stop corruption to those government officials so country's money can be use for the benefits of it people.
